Facials at Rive with Julia are divine. Everything from the mask to the peel to the dermaplanning and the steamer, etc etc etc, it's all wonderful & completely organic. Highly recommend. ?

Just had a facial this morning with Tara who did an amazing job. My skin looks and feels great. The owner Mary was also very nice. I highly recommend this place if anyone needs some pampering.

I had a wonderful experience at Rive!!! From the moment I stepped into the door I felt like a queen. The Receptionist went over and above to make sure I was comfortable. I had arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment and the receptionist… sorry I didn’t catch her name, made sure my few minutes of waiting was enjoyable. I was offered a drink and a Cozy seat. My pedicure was the most relaxing time ever. The pedicure room is just so calm and inviting. Mary who is the owner went over ALL the services and Thoroughly explained all of the add-ons to make my experience even better. The salon was extremely clean. All the staff was AMAZING!! I couldn’t wait to book my next appointments. I have a facial scheduled… with so many different packages all explained to me and my nails I can’t wait to learn a far healthier way to treat them. Mary and her staff are outstanding!!!

My daughter and I had a terrible experience at Rive with both Julie who did her facial and Mary the owner. I had given my daughter $100 gift card for her birthday to get a facial that was listed in brochure as $87. No one in small salon was wearing a mask. Julie doing facial did not offer to wear a mask and the COVID casea are very high even with vaccination. In every other salon I know the providers are wearing masks. My daughter was wearing a mask but of course had to remove it for facial . Julie kept suggesting services to my daughter never explaining the extra costs. Bill was $167 plus tip! What was supposed to be a pleasant experience for my daughters 23rd birthday was a nightmare and very anxiety producing to her bc of no mask policy there and unexpected cost. I left 3 messages for Mary the owner before I finally reached her 5 days after the horrible service. Mary would not even credit the $67 to my credit card. She already took $100 plus tip which I believe was plenty. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. I am extremely disappointed and angry. What I had hoped would be a pleasant experience for my daughter was a nightmare AND she got COVID the NEXT day on New Years eve. Couldnt go out or celebrate her birthday on New years day bc she had to quarantine . I blame this salon for this injustice.

I recieved a gift card for a massage and pedicure at Rive. Though scheduling was quite a challenge, with the massage therapist only available every other Thursday during the day, when I finally got in for my massage with Emily, it was well worth the wait. Emily was easily one of the most professional and attentive massage therapists I've ever worked with. She really pays attention to non-verbal cues and my experience was deeply relaxing. However, scheduling generally seems to be a bit of a struggle with this spa; perhaps like many places, they are experiencing staffing issues. I had to book my pedicure 7 weeks in advance, and was just informed last night that my appointment would have to be rescheduled because the nail tech would be out of town. There were limited available appointment slots available for rescheduling, and planning something like this is extra challenging for clients (like me) who have to find childcare in order to go to the spa in the first place. I am looking forward to my pedicure, if and when I can get it rescheduled, but it was frustrating to wait 7 weeks for a service only to have it cancelled.

The owner did refund my money but the fact is my granddaughter wanted her nails pretty for her special day. The owner said this never happened before but I mentioned this to a friend and she said the same thing happened to her at this salon. Bad business

Very disappointed. I had an appt to have a manicure . I was scheduled from 1-2 I arrived a few mins early maybe 5-10 , I was not greeted or welcomed upon entering , I had to awkwardly sit myself down and *hope* someone noticed me and would greet me.. I have a newborn and cant get out often for any reason so I had only a certain amount of time that afternoon slated with the babysitter and couldn't spare any "extra" time. I sat and sat and sat for over 20 min and finally got up and asked the young lady at the front of house "what time is was" as I only had the sitter for so long that afternoon She said it was 1:18 (my appointment was for 1-2) I said I have a small baby with the sitter and I cannot wait for my appointment to start any longer. The young lady apologized and I left and was in tears on the way home. All I wanted was a relaxing manicure and some me time, but I got treated really very unfairly . Please think twice before scheduling with them. There are tons of others who offer the same services in the area, and they treat every customer like a queen and won't make you feel like you're "bothering" them by trying to do business with them. Very disappointing experience. The first time I went here Melissa did my nails and made me wait while she finished reading a magazine. Neither her or the owner even introduced themselves. They did not give a very good first impression. I figured I would get give it another try and booked an appointment with the owner, Mary. She was running very behind and never even apologized for running so late. She also kept interrupting my service to answer the phone and book new clients. They are very unorganized. It is obvious that the clients' time is not valuable. I would not recommend this place.

My mom and I came in last night for the Ice cream parlor indulgence pedicure!! We had the best time!! Mary and Melissa were fantastic and it was honestly the best pedicure my mom and I both have ever had! The shakes and cookie we got were tasty and added such a special touch, even the marshmallows in the foot bath were so fun to! I highly recommend if your looking for something special and different! My mom did so much for my wedding and this was one way I felt I could thank her for all her time! She loved it and we had some great mother daughter time! We will definitely be back!!

Best Spa Pedicure hands (or is it feet) down! From the time you walk in the door you are immersed in a relaxing atmosphere. I was greeted by a wonderful scent in the air, clean environment, soft music and smiling faces of their knowledgeable staff. Comfortable comes to mind. Oh and did I say the best pedicure I've had to date?!
