Went for blood work that was only issued this afternoon by doctor. I home school and take care of my kids so I have things to do in the morning and lunch. I arrived at 2:00 and they close at 3:00. Understandably I knew I would have to wait. My problem was with the grossly poor rapport of the lady calling people back. She spoke to me and another family with such disgust that we dare walk-in an hour before closing. People don’t get blood work done because they are healthy, sometime they go because they have a health problem. Hailey’s demeanor was terrible and completely unacceptable. There was no compassion, no understanding, no explanation. Just nasty, snarky, words.

Never had an issue before, so that's why they get a 2.Latest visit is about how they made me go through this process of getting my blood orders online, emailing it, and then waiting until they received it. They said they received it, took me in and I see they pulled up my new orders on their computer. But THEY STILL SENT IT TO THE WRONG DOCTOR. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE???? This is concerning because Dr. Appointments can get CANCELED if they do not receive these beforehand. Not OK.

My significant other has gone here at least 4 times in the last year and there is always a problem. We live 45 minutes away. The first time he had a 7 o'clock appointment on a Saturday and no one was there. By the time he left 6 other people were waiting for a worker to show up. The next time he went, they for got to take all the vials they needed and called him back. This last time, we scheduled the blood appointment for the labs his doctor ordered and when he got there, they told him they no longer did that particular panel of test. Waited an hour for them to contact his doctor to no avail. They said they would call him when the received a new order and he could just stop in. He received a text/ not a call that the order was ready. So he returned the next morning--again a 45 minute drive and 12 hours fasting. He went in and they said they did not have the order. When he said he received the text---the person he dealt with the day before said she would call not text--and blamed our doctor---the text came from Quest. It has been a frustrating situation for him every time and when you are sick, it is not worth it. We will be asking our doctor to send us elsewhere from now on.

I checked in as a walk in and was swiftly cared for in between patients. The Phlebotomist was very kind and helped ease my anxiety about needles. Overall painless and comfortable experience

Currently sitting at Quest for blood work. I scheduled an appointment online in the earliest slot available for the day. I'm here 20 minutes early and checked in. Other people are walking in with no appointments, getting registered as "walk-in", and going ahead of those of us sitting here in the waiting room. An employee made a comment that there were 3 people sitting in the waiting room, and another (Hayley) said ya, they have later appointments. I asked Hayley why she is taking walk-ins ahead of people waiting who have appointments? She said "that's how the system works" as she walked away. So can I cancel my appointment and become a walk-in? Clowns.

Johnna is by far the best phlebotomist out there . I would love to be able to request who I want when making an appt. This location usually never lets me down. The tall girl with glasses is good too. Clean facility for the most part. This location is waaay better than the rt 30 quest beside casual male.

Made an appointment and it did not go through the person working was being so rude and huffy I know she was stressed but do not be rude for something going wrong with your job's calling service you need real humans to answer the phone not an answering machine person that is why it went wrong. It told me thank you and told me I made my appointment last week but I never got one it did not save and another lady had the same thing happen too. This for me is a fasting blood sugar check when you got diabetes you get extra hangry and woozy when you are hungry you do not want to wait.

The staff was completely unprofessional and rude. In an attempt to leave early, they denied my order stating guidelines that are not present on their website nor the order for the actual tests. Their smug nature paired with abysmal customer service made for a horrible experience.

The staff is extremely condescending rude and unprofessional. They’re unaccommodating and not helpful. Do not recommend go somewhere else.

They are turning away more patients than they are servicing. If no appointment, no service. They turned away four people including me (I was eight minutes late for my appointment). There were three technicians there and no patients and they turned away they only people that were there because they didn't have appointments. I will be going to QUIK DRAW by the Walmart in Delmont. They take UPMC Ins.

Apparently they decided to stop taking walk ins but never bothered to change the door sign. I'm sure you still end up waiting 15-20 mins even with an apt.
