Definitely not a Bank for the little people
Tried to get a Signature Medallion for my paper work for my deceased Mother and was informed that unless the estate had an account there, I was SOL … Thankfully I use First Commonwealth also. They took care of my needs quickly.. Guess you know which Bank will be getting my inheritance money and All future business!!

I was in for a payment on my credit card and I heard a customer complaining about two tellers, and I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Rachel and Patty for being so pleasant despite the long line. Customer service is a tough job. Way to.go ladies

I made a mobile deposit for which I have proof of clearance, but PNC did not post it to my account. I have fought this battle with them for months and they have not done a thing to rectify the situation. The bank VP/manager Shannon Wood did not have the power to post my funds after I showed proof of the cancelled check, so she referred me to Jason Henke in the executive corporate office. He is powerless, woefully inept, and couldn't have cared less about the bank error. Shame on all of them. Besides horrible management and bank structure, the teller lines are long (expect at least a 20 minute wait), they don't answer their phone if you call, and the app is horrible and always under construction. We closed all 6 of our accounts and moved on to other banks who care about customers. I Would give PNC minus a hundred stars if I could.

Went to the PNC bank in Murrysville to have a balance validated for a gift letter. The assistant manager (Mr Simon) refused to help because he has never seen a gift letter before. How can a manager at a bank cannot assist a customer by simply validate an account balance? How can a manager at a bank not knowing what a gift letter is?

Worst branch ever. The atms never work. The wait time is outrageous. The employees are rude. So many people are sitting around and not helping customers. Their technology is very old. I advise everyone not to bank with PNC and to go somewhere else!! Worst Branch EVER!!!!!!

Really made me wait a half hour for 3 rolls of quarters because the teller couldn’t do it. Took other people ahead of me and had them checked out.Slowest and worst service as always.

4.5. Most of the time I’m happy with the service here. Occasionally wait time is a bit long. Overall they are friendly and helpful.

The customer service has declined considerably of late. Too few employees and wait times (30 minutes in line and waiting) are excessive with little concern for patrons. 1 teller on a Saturday with 14 people waiting should not happen.

Wait time is terrible, which I get because of covid19 and worker shortage… but why is the branch manager and “welcome clerk” not helping customers? Customers don’t need someone to just say hi as you walk into the door.. we need employees to take care of our business.

PNC has zero customer service. I have attempted to open another account online and have been unsuccessful. I have attempted to make an appointment online and it doesn't allow me to. I have been on hold over 30 minutes for Murrysvill branch and have yet to speak to anyone. Have been kicked off of hold 3 times.
