“My family has been stricken by the flu. We had our 9 month old at the ER last night and they prescribed a compounded solution. My wife, who is also very sick, stopped and they were out of what we needed, but whomever she spoke to, assured he that he'd help us out. He called a competing pharmacy to locate the product and faxed over the script so they could begin preparation so it would be ready when she arrived.This made our Christmas. Thank you so very much to the kind gentleman that helped my wife and boy when they needed it. We won't forget the kindness. Merry Christmas.”
“The absolutely worst mailorder pharmacy. Many times they do not have the medicine and expect the patient to go out and buy it or go without. Their delivery is a nightmare. I had meds written for pneumonia symtoms and a week later it is still not here. A pharmacy tech I deal with is nice and the only redeeming aspect of CCN for me. I recently left a hospital after i was attacked downtown ********** which resulted in 4 brain surgeries and an ankle rebuilt with metal. CCN was difficult to deal with and messed up many new prescriptions and refills. Today I have to go to an ****** care to take care of meds CCN never got to me, I have been a pharmacist for 30 years and any pharmacy I was in charge of would never have allowed the many mistakes of CCN to happen. I cannot believe they allow a delivery person to decide if he will or will not leave much needed meds. Totally incompetent system. ”

“I just about had it with popular chain pharmacies. Every time I was going to get my medications they would never be filled after the selected date. Then I'd end up waiting to have it filled. Not to mention the prices are ridiculously high when they don't need to be. One day, I angrily made the switch to this pharmacy after a final bad experience and it's been so awesome to the point of necessitating a review. They're nice and they fill scripts quick even when handed a physical script. I got 3 prescriptions for 30 bucks when I WAS paying 40 for just one of those medications at the chain pharmacy. I asked the cashier "Wait, is that for all 3 medications?" thinking they just forgot something but yep... It was for all 3. Thoroughly pleased and I know they'll continue taking care of my needs. I usually have to have drive out of the Mon Valley area almost 40 minutes for vegan options. “Surprisingly this Sam's location is quite possibly the best one in the Pittsburgh area. I know that may sound odd for those living in the area, but take the extra time and make your way up here. You will not be disappointed. When I say that, what I mean is that each time I have visited this location they have everything in stock when compared to other locations. Each visit I have been able to find the staples (or maybe they are the new staples) like toilet paper, facial tissues, water. Yes, it is located near the dreaded blackhole that is known as Pittsburgh Mills, but don't let that stop you from visiting. All of the businesses outside are thriving as compared to the mall. Sam's is kind of tucked back from other businesses, basically it sits next to Walmart at the end of the road. Parking lot feels a bit smaller than others, but it seems to work seeing how quickly people are in and out of here so quickly. Staff were pleasant and helpful when dealt with. The whole store was clean and stocked.”

“Market District is Giant Eagle's upscale grocery store chain. For my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary party, I ordered catered food from this Market District. I will write a positive 4-star review for this particular location of Market District because the catered food tasted very good, but I do want to point out that the employees committed some large mistakes. Read on:Over two weeks before the party, I called the store to ask about their cut-off time for ordering catered food and their recommended pickup hour. The manager said that he needed only 3+ days of advance notice, and he recommended that I select a pickup time that was close to the time of the party so the hot food would remain hot. On that same day, I ordered the food through Giant Eagle's website. The website sent me an automated email that listed the specific foods, quantities, prices, and pickup time. Minutes later, a team leader emailed me to confirm my catering order.My in-laws' anniversary party would begin at 4 PM, so our pickup time was 3-3:30 PM. On the day of the party, I and three family members arrived at the catering area at 2:50 PM (yes, a bit early) to pick up the foods. The catering area was located near the aisle that has beers and wines. A catering employee kindly greeted us, and he began to carefully place our foods into our shopping carts. My order was large, and the employee tried his best to keep track of the foods as he removed them from refrigerators and warmers and placed the containers in our shopping carts. Unfortunately, the sushi department had misread our order of 6 trays as only 1 tray, so we had to wait a long time for the employees to make 5 additional trays of sushi. Then the catering employee accidentally dropped 1 tray of sushi on the floor, so we had to wait again for the sushi employees to make additional sushi. In total, we waited for about one hour! Because of the mistakes with the sushi, my husband and I ended up arriving late to the anniversary party. Before we departed the grocery store, the catering employee and the sushi employees sincerely apologized to us multiple times. The manager or team leader also apologized, and he handed us a gift card for $10. We had paid a total of $1,379.44 for the food, so the $10 gift card seemed very small.Here are my reviews for the catered foods:Hand-breaded chicken tenders - 5 stars - These chicken tenders were a large size, contained juicy white meat, and had a slightly salty breading. I had chosen sauces in flavors of buffalo, BBQ, garlic parmesan, and honey mustard. My family members said that they really liked these chicken tenders.Fruit platters - 5 stars - These fruit platters consisted of strawberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, pineapple, blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. These fruits were fresh and tasted very good.Mini-sandwich platters - 4 stars - I had ordered one platter with roast beef, ham, and turkey sandwiches and one platter with egg salad, tuna salad, and chicken salad. The sandwiches were a convenient size, and they tasted OK.Crudite platters - 4.5 stars - The vegetables included fresh tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers, carrots, cucumbers, carrots, and celery sticks. In the middle was a container of ranch dip.Caesar salad - 3 stars - This salad contained romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese, and croutons. The lettuce and cheese were fresh, but the croutons were soggy. The employees forgot to give us caesar dressing!Meatballs - 4 stars - These meatballs were Italian-style and were served hot with marinara sauce. I ate one meatball and thought that it tasted fine.Macaroni salad - 4.5 stars - The ingredients of pasta, celery, onions, egg, and mayonnaise-dijon dressing tasted very good.Cheese and pepperoni trays - 4.5 stars - These trays contained colby jack, swiss, pepperjack, and cheddar cheeses as well as pepperoni and beef sticks. On the side were pimento cheese and jalapeño cheese for dipping.Potato salad - 4.5 stars - The ingredients of potatoes, celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise-dijon dressing, and relish tasted ver”

“This Walgreens was located in Murrysville at a major intersection. I needed to pick up a card and bow for a present. Once inside, the cashier greeted me warmly as I headed to the greeting card section. There were plenty in stock that included bows. We were the only ones in the store at the time and the experience was excellent during the checkout.”
