Elaina is an amazing stylist. She is good with suggestions when you need help with the right color/highlight and cut. I would highly recommend this salon and especially asking for Elaina.

Today, March 16th, 2024, was my first visit and I will definitely be back. My Stylist was Elaina, and she was Awesome. Very personable, and knew what she was doing. She asked what I wanted done, and offered suggestions too. It was a Great First Experience. My Boyfriend felt it was the best hair style I have ever gotten.

I waa given an appointment for today, December 14 th at 3. I got in there and Elaina stated she didn’t have time for me , even though I had an appointment! Elaina is also the manager… they wouldn’t even give me another stylist. I will never go there again. They weren’t accommodating at all!Elaina told me she had nothing til after the Holidays.

Elaina does my hair currently, (i also see kasey) and they're both amazing! The staff is so nice and professional, listens to what I what and tells me what they think would look good and what would not. I've been coming here for almost 5 years now and I won't be going anywhere else!

When my family first moved to the area a few years ago, my wife started searching around for a new hair salon, and for the first few months the search continued without any promising results.It wasn't until she found NWS and Elaina that she finally found her resolve.Elaina, who has been doing our hair (and our children's) for almost the last 2-years always does a fantastic and professional job.NWS comes highly recommend for a reason, if you're looking for a new spot do yourself a favor and check it out.

Kasey did my hair for the first time. She was so on point with the entire experience...cut, color, and style. I can't wait to go back!2022 update...I don't remember when I wrote the original, but Kasey remains amazing! She knows my hair now, knows my taste, and treats me so fabulously in her chair. I am always happy to see her and walk out feeling great! Absolutely worth any wait to see her or Nick!

I scheduled a hair apt with Casey and I was more than pleased with my experience with her!! She listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted and needed.. and MORE!! She exceeded my expectations and even taught me how to style my own hair at home. I appreciated the extra effort and time that she spent with me to make me feel comfortable and beautiful while styling my own hair! I have never had a better hair cut in my entire life. I will definitely be back to see Casey at Nicholas William Salon!
