Love all of it. Definitely found my new favorite salon. Everyone is super nice. Dean did my nails and they are fabulous. Very meticulous and gentle. Very friendly atmosphere and staff. Absolutely adore this salon.

I have been going to Jade Nail Spa for 5 or 6 years now and I won’t go anywhere else! Everyone is so personable and skilled. They are kind and always take the time to make sure my nails look wonderful!

Great nail salon in Murrysville! The people there are very nice. I don’t do anything extra fancy but like get the dip nails. Less maintenance and they look good. The young man that usually does them is very patient and careful. Look forward to coming back! Thank you.

Says they accept walk ins but turn you away when you walk in. Not convenient.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for 3 years now since I’ve moved to this area and I love it! I wouldn’t let any other salon even touch my nails! The whole staff are super friendly and thorough with their work. I highly recommend them if you are looking to try a new place, they won’t disappoint!

Rejan is amazing!!! He’s pays attention to every detail!!! My favorite nail person ever hand downs!! ? Clean place friendly staff!! Highly recommended!!!

Staff is really nice. The place is clean and a fine place to get a pedicure. However, they do not do dip powder nails correctly. They use a UV light on dip powder. One of my nails chipped the day after getting dip nails done. Another nail cracked about four days after getting nails done (no strenuous activity.) A little over a week later and my nails are all pretty much chipped. I would not recommend this place for dip powder nails.Services: Pedicure

I have been to Jade Nails three times. Everyone is always nice and friendly. The prices are good and they always do a good job. They are very busy so I would get on their schedule well in advance. The last time I was there was right before Christmas and they were swamped. Tinh was doing my nails and Ben (the owners) was working on a customer's nails at the station directly beside me. I got a Christmas tree design on one nail of each hand. I overheard Ben telling his client that they have been getting behind because so many people want nail art. He said "You don't schedule at a hair salon for a cut and then request color too once you get there." I obviously could hear him and I felt terrible that I had asked for a design. I know he wasn't talking just about me and he was probably feeling a bit overwhelmed since they were so busy during the holidays and they were running slightly behind. I just felt awkward and like an inconvenience after this. I mean, I was sitting right there. I never realized I should maybe let them know I wanted some nail art when booking. I don't think a lot of people realize this would be helpful for the technicians (in terms of time management. Seems obvious in retrospect though), and they never ask if I plan on getting designs when booking. If you're reading this, maybe give them a heads up if you plan on getting anything other than just polish. The experience definitely turned me off, and I went to a different nail salon this time around. I'm not sure if I will go back, but other than this incident, they were always wonderful.Service: Gel manicures
