UPDATE: after having a bad experience a month ago and writing this review, I was contacted by Ashley with I Love Nails and even though she wasn't the one who did my mani/pedi, she apologized and asked me to give them a second chance. Ashley gave me a comped service and she did an amazing job and was very nice. I recommend going to Ashley there.

Went to I ❤️ Nails for the first time today for a pedicure. Wonderful service & fantastic pedicure! Highly recommend!
Cleanliness: Used the bathroom. Very clean with candle burning, which was soothing!

Was there for more than 3 hours for just a manicure and pedicure! Nail tech was a half an hour late to my appointment and then there was a lot of me just waiting around, no sense of urgency on their part. Nail techs were nice but didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. For the price, my nails and toes should look way better than this.

I will not be coming back here. Way too expensive and was over charged. They're very SLOW and the nail tech my sister had was over an hour late for her appointment, without letting us know, and didn't even apologize or give any discount. Poor experience here

Love it here! I have been a customer for years! The technicians do amazing work and have great attention to detail! Each set and pedicure I receive, make me fall in love with this place all over again! Highly recommend this salon!

My husband took our daughter here after she passed her driving permit test. She was so excited and when they got home I was not happy. Very amateur work and they literally started falling off in 3 days. I am making an appointment there myself to give them a second chance. I will speak up if I'm not happy though.

Very disappointing, over-priced “pedicure.” All I had was a gel polish change without the works and it was $48. Nail technician was nice, but seemed very inexperienced. For some reason he skipped painting my great toenails so I had to go under the UV light additional times for no reason. Time sucker. He then proceeded to file my painted nails afterwards, which took some of the paint off, and had to add another coat…ensue more UV light! Hah. It was so sloppy. Later realized he missed painting part of my nail entirely! See attached photos. I would NOT recommend going here. I could’ve done a better job myself!

Mina, Faith, Mr. Mike are awesome at nails and so kind and fun. The place is immaculately clean and they do great at nail designs as well.

I did not have a good experience. I was not greeted at door, service technician was backed up, and overall my appointment was more complicated than it needed. This created stress and anxiety and I was hoping for a relaxing experience after a long day at work.Service: Acrylic nails

I am extremely disappointed with my first (and last) experience at this salon. I got "dip nails with extensions" and a pedicure. The nail artist was nice enough, but inexperienced. I felt as I do when I allow my niece to polish my nails and was nearly equally satisfied with the result. $108.00 (plus a small $10.00 tip) later, I came home to finish my pedicure myself. She left so much skin and cuticle behind! The actual nails look OK, but not the high gloss finish she promised and I still have several hangnail! I had to ask 3x for cuticle oil, and even then barely got any. Needless to say, I will not be returning and would not recommend.

I'm pretty sure this tops it all as worst mani/pedi experience. I called in the AM to make a regular mani/pedi appt. When I got to the salon, we confirmed the services being requested. I sat down for my pedicure, which went fine. Until the girl who did my pedicure left me to do somebody else's nails and after about 10 minutes, I asked who was doing my manicure. I sat down for a regular manicure with someone else, and it took her an hour and 15 minutes to just "clip cuticles" file and shape. I was mortified watching her work. She barely pulled any cuticles and every time filing my nail creating dust she would dip water onto my nail to remove. I ended up saying no to applying color to my mail bc I just didn't have another hour of this nonsense in me. She applied a clear coat at the end... then removed the clear coat from just my pinky with a cotton swab soaked in water.. which left cotton ball strings hanging on my nail. Instead of using nail polish remover to get rid of the residue and cotton s stuck on my nail, she just reapplied a clear coat on top. Like are we kidding? I still have cracked and hanging cuticles and a chipped nail bed. I had to ask three times to shorten my nail length. Do not waste your time. And all this for $86. Out of their minds.
