I took my daughter here for a consult, they way over charged us than what our insurance says, we tried reaching this office multiple times for a refund but no one answers the phone call even after leaving a message. Few months ago someone answered and said they will look into it and they didn't get back to me. It has been 1.5yrs. By the way I am a dentist and I own practices so not sure how these people are doing business by overcharging people and not getting caught.

Highly recommend this practice. Welcoming staff, appointment was on time, doctor was friendly and easy to talk to. (And they return telephone calls!)

The saga continues with the unscrupulous doctors office sending a bill in the mail that states Highmark has indicated service was not eligible to be covered. This is strange because 4 times I have spoken directly with Highmark and I am covered with a $10 copay. Is there some deception going on here? I think so! Today's call to Highmark the customer service manager said her only thought because the doctors office won't correct the claim or call back is for me to leave a messages with the code to correct their mistake or an address they can mail the claim to. I wonder if the doctor office realizes all incoming and outgoing calls are recorded by Highmark? To me this is an attempt to defraud or scam me of money due to the doctors lack of knowledge, maybe incompetence of how to submit claims correctly. Again, beware!

Since seeing Dr. Dauby my husband's severe allergies have almost diminished. Nurse Brandie is awesome also!

Was very impressed at first visit. Office staff provided excellent service. Very transparent regarding billing procedures. Dr. Dauby was very straightforward and answered my questions thoroughly. Testing was efficient and my action plan made perfect sense. Patient portal provides convenience with signing in and filling out new patient info. Patient portal provided check-in ease.

One of my worse experience at a doctor office. I’m immediate need to see an allergist, made a day appt to be seen.Once at the doctor office, she asked for my insurance information, handed her the card.She refused to let me see a doctor because their systems show health care insuranceCoverage with several companies and knowing that I have severe allergies.Unreal.

Dr. Dauby and the entire staff are exceptional at their respective positions. I have been with his office for many years now, and have made tremendous strides with my allergies. I am currently on OIT-101 for my peanut allergy and I am on the path to be essentially, "cured" from my allergy in the next couple months. Couldn't have gotten to where I am now without this place. If your looking for the best allergist around, look no further.

Dr. Dauby and his staff have done what 3 other allergist couldn't for my severely food allergic daughter- they desensitized her! She can now eat unlimited amounts of the foods that once caused reactions in minuscule amounts. The staff are always accessible and caring. They are creating safety for even the most sensitive of food allergic people. I could not give any higher recommendation!

I love the staff and Dr Dauby! My prescriptions use to include eye drops, nose spray, and pills to control my allergies and it wasn’t sustainable or even completely effective. I am on my 4th year of shots and only take 1 antihistamine an hour before my monthly shot as a precaution and I haven’t had to take any other medication for the past 2 years. Life changing experience. Results highly outweigh the weekly then monthly trips to the office for the shots.

So far we’ve had an amazing experience. My family has gone from being petrified of peanuts and treenuts to eating both daily. After less than a year we have nearly graduated from the program. Dr. Dauby and the staff have been an amazing support and have also helped to educate me and my 8 yr old along the way. The idea of eating a food that we’ve been told to avoid for so long was terrifying but the process is slow and very safe. I’ve felt nothing but the utmost concern for the safety and health of my 8 year old and for that I am truly grateful. I look forward to his “graduation” and all the peace of mind that comes with it! I couldn’t recommend the program more.

We love this office for my daughters food allergies. After seeing multiple doctors elsewhere, Dr. Dauby is by far the most caring. He listens to our concerns and works to make progress with her allergies. (Not just bloodwork and see ya again next year)
