Fred is a great person. He came to our house and installed the device. He explained all the details to my mother in a simple way. He is very supportive, professional and knowledgeable.It was a great experience with him providing such a great service. My mom is very happy with the service.

Fred was amazing!! He helped me to install an alert system today. He was kind, supportive, and compassionate. It was above and beyond my expectations. Fred was patient with me, he answered all my questions, and was so professional. It was a great experience!! I would highly recommend the Alert system to others.

My SFT was Jeff Larson. He was very amicable and explained the STAAR Alert system simply and efficiently. Jeff even caught a minor issue that could have led to me having some problems. I'm enjoying the security that I'm only a button or phone call away from help if I need it.

Fred came to my home very professional and experienced. He went over everything very through and made sure I understood everything about the installation he did. I had him come here twice for different devices and I would recommend this company highly. Everything went smoothly and I understood everything correctly. A very pleasant, caring and loving man. I think Fred should get a raise, because well, he dealt with me ? and he did a terrific job ...seriously though he was wonderful and I enjoyed speaking with him and he is a genuinely delightful man. It was with great pleasure and confidence that I received my STAAR ALERT Emergency Response System today. It had first been enthusiastically offered to me by Patty who had been referred to me by Pennsylvania State Medical Offices.An appointment was created and with no delay, Scott Wallace arrived with everything I needed. He meticulously instructed me on how to use The Button in case of any medical emergency. Scott left me with a sheet of full instructions and phone numbers to call if ever I had any questions, after spending nearly an hour making sure I understood all the details.To be honest, I am Very Grateful to be a STAAR ALERT Customer and easily understand why their Service and Support is considered the best offered in their field.

Today my mom had a tech come to her home and setup the device. We had a tech named Matt very professional, very knowledgeable and very informative! This guy was excellent ! I like someone that knows their job and is personable also. Idk what this guy makes but he needs a raise or clone 10 more just like him! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY and ask for Matt!
