We were able to immediately contact Sampson Garage doors when major cables broke rendering the opener useless. We were promised service within 2 hours and even sooner two excellent Sampson employees had the door repaired and operational. The overall experience could not have been better.

Samson did a great job putting on a new garage door and opening system for us. Josh and Kevin are awesome! They explained everything in full detail and answered all questions. They were very easy to work with and made you feel comfortable about the project to be done. After the work, you were shown the completed job. Josh was terrific in explaining the functions for use. Samson Garage Doors was the right choice to replace our old door, it looks and functions great now !

I came home yesterday and my garage Door would open about 6 inches, then close, then open, then close. I came in through the front door only to find that a spring had broke. this was a round 1 PM I called them, they were here and fixed by 430. You can't beat that great service.

Samson Garage Doors was the perfect company for our business. Shelly and the Samson team went above and beyond to make this a great transaction. Not only are they a factory authorized rep, they had all 5 doors in stock, finished the entire job in 2 days, and they were within our budget. We will use Samson again for a second job and we highly recommend them. We'll done!

I had a very positive experience working with Samson for a new garage door. Sam sold me the door and Josh installed it. Both were extremely professional. I got just what I wanted with no hassle whatsoever. I would call their service superb and would give a very strong recommendation to use them.

They installed a garage door lift in one of my rental properties. The keypad stopped working after 8 months and they came back and replaced it the same day I called them with no charge.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Customer service was prompt and very polite. The technicians Josh and Kevin were prompt and very polite. Being a senior citizen, it is important for others to take time to explain everything and to make sure you understand. Both men made sure I understood the working of the door and did not leave until all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable with there answers. I will and have recommended this company. I would like to again thank both Josh and Kevin.

Fantastic experience working with Samson team. From the initial phone call, to the end product...professional all the way. The team showed up as scheduled and installed my opener on a door that never had one. They were pleasant to speak with, organized, cleaned up behind themselves, made a great recommendation of installing a keyed lock in case of power outage, and worked neatly and efficiently. Could not have been more pleased. Also loved the fact that they are a local company who take pride in their workmanship. Well done!

Called for some maintenance since my door was louder than normal. They scheduled me right away and arrived at the time as scheduled. My man Josh fixed me up and even had a recommendation for some old parts and we upgraded them. Quiet as can be now thanks Josh and Samson! Recommended.

Josh texted 30 minutes before he arrived, so I knew when to expect him. He was polite, introduced himself, shook my hand, and then asked to see the garage door. He talked me through everything needed to repair the broken spring, and once we agreed, he showed me costs (labor and materials) right on his phone before he even got started. Next he told me expectation of how long the service repair would take, and then he proceeded to get the job done. He even had me open and close the garage door after he was complete, so I could see that everything operated as expected.
Josh did a great job today, as he responded with a next day appointment to my repair request. Very professional, very clean, very responsible company. I’m totally satisfied with Samson Garage Doors.

Josh and Benny did a great job installing our new doors and openers. The work was done in one day and they were neat in cleaning up and hauling all the old doors and equipment away. I would highly recommend them.
