I have been going here since they opened and have found them to be superior to the other car washes of a similar type. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Towels, air freshener and window cleaner is always available. The vacuums work great and the staff will pressure wash your "Weathertech" type mats if requested. I just joined their "unlimited monthly carwash club". It is a bargain!

Absolute trash. Damaged my vehicle and refused to take any responsibility, even though they admitted to their equipment producing the damage. They state that the car is over 5 year old and therefore they are not liable. 5 years, what kind of equipment is specific for only 5 years?? They will still be using the same equipment in 5 years, so it is just a blanket statement to not take any responsibility in the event of damage. Urge anyone reading to find a different place to conduct business.

Easy to initiate a monthly membership. Great wash, powerful vacuums, kind staff. Though idk why they only spray one side of your car. & easy to cancel.

The attendant was friendly. The prices for washes were reasonable. They have vacuums to use after your wash for free and provided towels as well.

I would actually give the place 5 stars, minus the mud near the vacuums that's hard to avoid, because it did a great job of cleaning my car, when I was actually there. Unfortunately, I noticed a $26.70 charge to my card this month. I have NOT been there this month, and the day it says the transaction was placed, it rained an inch that day and I never even left my house. PNot only that, but I would never pay that much for a car wash. I have only been there once since it opened, but since this suspicious charge showed up, I won't go back. Now I have to go to my bank tomorrow morning to dispute the ridiculous charge. Make sure you check your bank statements, folks!
I'm editing my review and keeping what I stated above, because it still stands true. An attendant came over to assist me while I was reading the descriptions of the washes. They made the selection for me and also obviously signed me up for the membership. Shame on me for not getting a receipt. When I called to get my refund, the guy said people are constantly getting signed up "accidentally." Once again, make sure you check your statements. It's still 1 star because it's obviously an issue that needs to be addressed since others have also complained about the membership being automatically selected. Fix it.
