Honestly everytime I come they’re so slow getting medicine. I dread everytime my parents ask me to come get it because they take so long took them 30 mins to get medicine that’s unbelievable I understand you’re hard working but seriously just bad slow service.

Came in to pick up antibiotics. Rite aid won't do it without insurance. I was going to pay out of pocket. It's antibiotics. No insurance, no meds

Made an appointment on Monday to get a Covid 19 shot on Wednesday to fulfill a new employment contracts' requirement. I drove 15 mins out of my way to come to my appt after my 9 hr shift and the woman at the counter declined and told me that she isn't feeling well / is sick and doesn't feel comfortable giving me the vaccine... honey why are you at work then checking people out at the pharmacy? She offered for me to drive 10 minutes further to another rite aide and I declined. Thanks though, girl! Get well soon ? xoxo

Have to say that I’ve always been pleased with this rite aid. Kelly is such an excellent pharmacist and relates to people in a natural way. Lately, I’ve noticed that my call in refills aren’t ready at least a day later and it seems they don’t refill unless they are sure it’s being picked up. This requires me to wait additional time for the refill. This is my only complaint and I really hope this store doesn’t close

Most TERRIBLE experience of my life. Joe at the pharmacy recognized me from high school and wide eyed me as I came to checkout my supplys for blood sugar. I am obese and was dress in the worst outfit I've worn in public. I was shaking from probably anxiety from the terrible day I had before I walked into the pharmacy. I was in such bad place physically and emotionally and I wanted to check on myself. I got the wrong supplys to the point I couldn't check my blood sugar in the parking lot and didn't feel comfortable going in and asking for help. Joe was a prick in high school sad to see some people don't change. I'm thinking about changing my pharmacy over the one look Joe gave me. Also Billy from the McKeesport rite aid is from my graduating class very kind man, heShould have Joe's job or train Joe on decent respect for the public. Staff should also notify people glucose meters aren't universal and are buying the wrong supplys.

Riteaid is horrible. The pharmacy manager, Kelly, isn't very nice, and neither is the pharmacy tech guy. Karen is excellent. I wanted to thank Kelly and Joe for helping me with my step mother's meds. It was Easter time, so I got both of them a card and gift card to make their days better. Later that day, I got a call from Kelly's boss saying that was inappropriate. I was just trying to be nice. I transferred my meds out. I will never return to riteaid. It's okay for other people to give them gifts, but I do and it's wrong.

Every time I need a prescription, it is a huge hassle - you would think each prescription that comes in is a completely new situation that the employees have never dealt with before. Do not use this pharmacy.
