I usually never come back to write reviews, however, this small establishment housed the most genuine, talented, and kindest people I have and will ever meet. While other autoshops denied our requests of a late car inspection, the Patterson Auto Services did not hesitate to help us out and casually talk to us like family throughout the process. As a person who’s visited thousands of establishments through the US, Japan, and SK, this establishment is a one in a million.

Excellent shop! I never feel like I am being taken for a ride as a woman. Everything is explained in detail and they will even take me into the shop and show me what they are talking about. Very honest and hard working family owned business. Have been using them for years on both domestic and foreign vehicles.

This is one of the best places for car repair in the area. Both father and son take the time to explain everything about what they are doing to your car. We have been dealing with them for over ten years. They run a business with integrity and are very honest to tell you if you don't really need something repaired(which has happened several times). They are very busy but still manage to get car repairs done in a timely fashion. And by the way, they have great personalities. My husband will often hang around and chat when he picks up car. Sometimes I have a question about a noise I hear in the car...No problem...I just stop down and they always take the time to answer. If I ever move I'm still bringing my vehicles here!!! Have never had any bad experience here.
