lowes has no respect for gas powered mower users. all gas mowers are gone with no signs of being restocked with the only remaining gas mowers being bare minimum that have no power to them or at least one $500+ mower. meanwhile, the rest of the shelves are full of electric or battery powered mowers that barely last 30 minutes

Ordered a Weedwhacker combo with a blower and on the website it says can pick up the next day. I ordered on a Tuesday and it is now Thursday and it is still not at the store for all that I could’ve had it delivered to my house to where I don’t have to travel to go and get it I hope can do better On their next day delivery if it’s not gonna be that, please do not offer that.

I had a ten dollar bag of weed whacker strings that I wanted to exchange for thicker ones. They refused to exchange them, as more than 90 days had passed (I didn’t realize that they had put a timeframe on it where I lose after a certain date). More than the shortsighted rule, was the very rude behavior of the manager ‘James’. He was more like an old south style prison guard, than an amiable & friendly store manager. I have a few properties & have spent a lot in that store…but thanks to James, I won’t be back. No appreciation for their customers.

I purchased two items from the website. Not a hour later I was told that the products were damaged and there wasn't anymore in stock. I asked the young lady could she help me with two more items that equated to the same amount. I was met with resistance and ended up getting hung up on. Horrible service for someone like myself 8 months pregnant needing the two air conditioners I was purchasing for tomorrow because I'm moving. TOMORROW. I hope someone can help me with issue!

A good lowes in a good location. The people here are really knowledgeable, especially the older gentleman who works in the electrical section. He knows everything about every part, where it is and why you might or might not want to use something else.
