Lowes Homestead is run by a bunch of clowns! My mother went in over a month ago....84 years old, to get a quote and a call for an estimate on putting in a fro mica countertop. Its been a month! No call, no nothing! So I went down there to inquire. Oh.....They have no information on my mom! They said they don't come out to measure for countertops! That is not what they told my mother when they took her name, address and phone number. I was there when they specifically gave her the information so they cant blame it on her being senile! So while I was in there inquiring, I literally waited 30 minutes for someone to come help me in another isle on a verbal inquiry I gave. NO ONE CAME! I was a 10k a year buyer from lowes. Not anymore. its Home depot from now on. Shame.

My third trip to the store in a row that I've visited and stood in the aisle after numerous calls were made for assistance and nobody came. Today when I asked my 3rd time, I was told, "there's nobody here." and they continued walking on their way.

I bought the building materials I needed on my own - no help needed. The associate at the Pro register is always very friendly and helpful - this complaint has only a little to do with him. I asked for assistance loading drywall into my truck. He paged someone. I waited and waited then went to my truck and unloaded the 2x4 studs I purchased. I waited some more and went back into the store and told the associate no one had assisted me (I was at the Pro entrance-three Lowe's employees were loading concrete into a van and then disappeared and ignored my ask for assistance). He pages someone again and then told the woman at the next Pro register he was stepping away from his register for a minute. Never told her about my request. Again, no one showed up after waiting and waiting. Finally, I separated the two sheets of drywall and wrestled them into the bed of my truck in the wind on my own. I went back to the store and approached the Pro Desk. The young woman at the register blandly asked me if I had a question (no, I was just there to gaze at her!). I told her I had a complaint and what it was. She said nothing. I said clearly nothing was going to happen because she didn't even take my name. I then asked for a manager. (Oh, I was going to ask you if you wanted to talk to a manager). She called and a man came around the counter to talk to me and apologized. I saw he was a sales associate so that conversation was pointless. Miss Bland the desk associate told me a manager was coming. Waited and waited again. No one showed: apparently the manager (I believe Miss Bland said the person is a woman) couldn't be bothered to toodle over and find out what the issue is. I am done with this stinking store. West Mifflin offers a thousand times superior customer service even though it is further away for me. If I can't get good service there, I am sure Home Depot will value the thousands of dollars I spend on materials every year. Thank you, Lowes Munhall, for exactly nothing.

I came to Lowe's on a Friday afternoon, waited for 1 hour for an associate in the flooring section and no one ever came. Another associate said there was no one available in the flooring section. How will Lowe's sell flooring if there is no one to attend the area. Completely disappointed! Walked out of the store.

The Pro Desk is there until 6pm and closed on Sundays but the lumber guys can always help. A great knowledgeable and efficient Pro Desk they have.
