I’ve been storing my items at the Waterfront Guardian for a couple years and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The units are clean, the halls are well lit and the staff is super accommodating. The customer service is great and I would highly recommend!

I was looking for storage for only a couple months. I chose Guardian because of its convenient location but the staff was super to work with. They took the time to show me all my options and was very transparent with all the pricing. The buildings were very clean and the units are very easy to access with a variety of equipment to make loading/unloading your items easy. I would definitely recommend this particular location again in the future.

Ryan and Co. have had our backs since we moved to PA in 2022... checking out to go onto our next adventure in moving and the move out was easy peasy... clean buildings, great prices... Guardian knocking it out the park in The Burgh/ Waterfront... thanks Ryan!!

I had such a great experience here, from my initial phone contact to our in person meeting. Ryan was very pleasant and helpful, he and his associate made me feel like I was part of the family. I’m a tenant at this self storage facility and they’ve been excellent, but I also want to call out that I got a flat tire on waterfront drive and pulled into the lot and two employees, Steve and Darnell, provided a significant amount of time and effort to put me on a spare. That kind of attitude and helpfulness is priceless

The staff here go above and beyond!!! I came in on Thursday (1/26) & Friday (1/27). Both days the staff did more than needed and did it with a smile. It’s nice to know that some companies still know what Customer Service is. I don’t know the 2 gentlemen from the 26th, but they were excellent. Dave was there on the 28th and was more helpful than I ever expected. Great workers, great company. Keep it up. Been a customer since 2015.
