would of gave 5 stars *****
But not much there to buy people here are friendly
Customers and employees both are so nice
lady on cash register is the best { with the coolest glasses }
Nothing like the one in
North Versailles there's a guy there they call the paper boy
cause he throws items in the bin at people like a 1930s paper boy would do on a Sunday morning
Extra extra read all about it as the item would hit you in the head
the Pushing tripping he does really doesn't seem as bad once you take one to the head
I really wish they would take the better items N-V gets and send them to Heidelberg

Love love love this place. Take a few hours and dig through the bins. Can’t really try stuff on but at under $2 a pound, it’s worth it to take a chance and just buy anything that could fit. I’ve found tons of dress clothes, sweaters, jackets…you name it! More often than not I end up with a full cart and just donate back the few things that don’t work.

What a delightful way to save money and help a good cause! I like this store more than most GW Outlets because the staff is excellent as well as the store manager Randy. Keep up the good work.

We go to this place A LOT but probably won't be going back. My pregnant sister and I went to this location today to find a suitcase.. she found one and put it in her cart. A decent amount of time went by as we browsed the store when a large man came over and tried to rip it very aggressively out of her cart! We tried to just pay and leave because it scared us but the staff did not let us buy the suitcase! There was no compassion given from the "manager" she was pretty rude and refused to look back at the camera to see how this all went down. They obviously don't care about the safety of their customers! We had a grown man screaming at us.. mind you she is pregnant! Wish they would've handled the situation better! This place is not a safe place to shop!! Stay away.

The lady on the cash register is so disrespectful and racist to us just because we doesn’t like her every time we come she’s overcharging for what we want to get.

This place is a literal disaster… I don’t know how anyone finds anything in this store. It’s a cluttered mess and everything is thrown all over the place. No sense of organization at all. Don’t waste your time. Most of it’s just junk.

Went in to check it out. Place is a disaster to look through, everything is just thrown in giant blue bins full of junk. Broken items all over. Not worth it to search through piles of literal junk to maybe find one worth it item.

I didn’t like coming here honestly because everything in bins throws me off like there could be shelves for stuff and not bins

I went to this location with my family and we had a great experience. It was so much fun treasure hunting through the blue bins. We found a lot of cool stuff and had a great time. They mostly charge by weight here and it’s really cheap. And this location gets very crowded. I bought a nice TV stand here and they helped load it into my trunk which was a major plus! I highly recommend this location if you are into treasure hunting! I will definitely be back if I am in the area! This goodwill location does not offer military discount.

It’s ok. I heard they are no longer taking direct donations and selling them here. They are only getting what the stores don’t sell. It’s tough to find anything of value anymore. The “T shirt bros” are aggressive and pushy. Probably won’t be returning any time soon.

They upped the prices after covid and there are bunch of really aggressive depop resellers circling the bins now (they will push you over shein pants lol) so i find myself coming in less and less nowadays. bring gloves.

The place is very interesting and I love finding some of the unique items I do when I'm there... However they desperately need somebody to take control of the customers that's shop there. Resellers... desperately digging and throwing things, breaking so much stuff, yelling at other customers.People finding speakers playing loud music in the back.. Children riding scooters in and around everyone. I find myself going less and less.

Worst thrift store I've ever seen. Everything thrown into large bins and people root through them. Dirty, and unorganized, don't nt waste your time in this place.
