If I could give lower than 1 start to write this review, I would. The first time I went here was back in February of 2023. I needed my vehicle inspected to have stickers. They claimed I had issues with tie rod ends and that the amount of rust was dangerous, and I needed to look into some welding. I went to another place, and they explained I had surface rust, but they helped me with a light scraping and an undercoating and told me my tie rods were completely fine. Recently (12/09/2023) I thought, ok I will give them another chance. My vehicle just had its fuel pump changed out by a local mechanic, but I couldn't afford the fuel filter change out at the time. So, I had my husband call D& R automotive for pricing and we are told that because of insurance reasons they won't do it during the winter, and also that it wouldn't be worth his time. Meaning because we had our part from Rock Auto, all they could charge us was the labor cost. This makes no sense to me and shows unless they can make some good profit off of a job then they will just turn you away. My vehicle literally sputters and sometimes stalls because I still need that changed out, but these people will basically tell you you're out of luck based on what?! It's a shame because this place is literally right down the road from where I live but they obviously are too good for some people's money. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever. Better off purchasing your parts from Rock Auto and look into mobile mechanics. Don't bother with this place unless you have $$$$. They aren't looking to help anyone out.
