“Have to say that I’ve always been pleased with this rite aid. Kelly is such an excellent pharmacist and relates to people in a natural way. Lately, I’ve noticed that my call in refills aren’t ready at least a day later and it seems they don’t refill unless they are sure it’s being picked up. This requires me to wait additional time for the refill. This is my only complaint and I really hope this store doesn’t close”
