Rates keep going up, with NO improvement, and downright lousy on a regular basis. Now paying $100/mo., which is a rip-off! I really hope I can find a better service; can't wait to drop Windstream!!

6 days missed work because of their mistakes. Have to pay extra fee for 911 on Internet ? Why no house phone! For what we pay not at all professional .ask to be compensated .. Got a higher bill . today Friday let see if they show up 05/21/2023

Internet connection kicks off every few minutes. Been happening for a few weeks. Feb. 2023 bill is up almost $20. Still can't get internet access for more than 5 minutes at a time. Customer service is useless.

Terrible customer service I've been on the phone for almost 3 hours between 5 calls. Their customer service team has acknowledged my issue but refuses to escalate the matter. I am reaching out to their corp office.

Techs who come out to your house are knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was nice and friendly and most importantly easy to understand. And I spoke to A lot of people on the phone. Which is the reason for the one star. Seems their systems are absolutely terrible. Customer support can't even fix basic problems. Spent way to long trying to get them to fix issues from day 1. They really need to invest in updated IT infostructure and or get better QA folks. It's not acceptable in 2021.
