Prices online don't match price at store. Making an appointment online didn't matter, store didn't even know about it. Finally, driving home after I had front tires installed, I get tire high pressure warning. They put 40 lbs in when it should have been 30.

For an quick service they were great however I suggest you insist on an appointment. I recently needed tire rotation and oil change and was told I didn't need an appointment if I was going to wait. However after waiting over an hour and a half my vehicle still sat in the lot. It was quite obvious by this experience that an appointment time is more convenient. After reminding them of my vehicle the manager took charge and i was on my way within 45 minutes. Maybe Steve Shannon Tire and auto centers should contract with Carvana.com to improve the customer service.

I took my car into the Muncy garage to get inspected and they found a few issues and worked hard on getting it fixed for me and at the same time save me money. They were very nice and I will be taking my car there again...thank you guys!

Justin is always up front with how much things will cost, and can explain to me whatever is wrong with my car and doesn’t try to add on things that aren’t needed.

To be honest I wasn't pleased. The younger guy at the counter likes to be a little sarcastic I just about told him to shut the mouth. It took over 2 hours for an inspection and oil change. Then they were done and the 2 guys at the counter made me wait probably 10 minutes to check me out crazy

We were traveling quite a distance from home. Prior to leaving we had new tires installed on our truck from the dealership. During our trip we noticed that one of the rear tires was losing pressure. We found out that it had a bad valve stem. We stopped in at Steve Shannon Tire and Auto in Muncy, PA. They were quite busy and the gentlemen said that he wasn't sure he would even have time to help us. When we explained that we were a couple of hours from home, he said that they would get it done despite being busy. They got us back on the road quickly. We appreciate all of their help, would not hesitate to recommend them.
