Takes way too long to get gas. You put in your membership then wait. Then you put your payment then wait. Goes a lot faster at Costco for gas. I timed it and it takes almost 30 secs.

Keith Styer has been a family friend for years, goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. His coworkers are also just as helpful and professional. I like coming here because despite Sam's Club being a large corporate store, the culture is family oriented and that goes a long way to establish customer loyalty.

My car (and many others I know) HATE Sam's Club gas. Not to mention it's like the first time half these people put gas in their car???... a really stupid set up which causes cars to get backed up, roads blocked... the 2 stars are for the friendly staff members that are always helpful.
