love coming here when I’m visiting the area. the gym has a pleasant, friendly atmosphere and plenty of equipment. i don’t use gym machines so I particularly appreciate access to free weights and mats in the main area. the sauna is nice and feels amazing after a workout!

Great place to get a workout. Lots of free weights and machines. The employees here are pretty awesome as well.
