Brenda was phenomenal at helping us make sure the size of the furniture was appropriate as well as showing us how our choices all complimented each other. The delivery was fantastic too!! I purchased from them before and they were great on pricing 15 years ago. Must be under new management. Went there today to buy my husband a new recliner for his birthday, confident we could come away with one he would love as we have before. They said that La-z-boy doesn't allow them any room to discount. Better like the price on the tag. They wouldn't discount Bassett either.... Always want to support local business but they are not negotiable and others are more reasonable.

Heidi Ross, Sales Representative, was helpful and knowledgeable when I was looking for a lift chair. We have made several purchases from the store over many years and have been happy with service and quality.

Worst decision I ever made, believing the salesman about the durability of the furniture I bought. Stating I had a dog, he assured me of the durability of the fabric. After spending $3600 on what I hoped would be the last furniture I'd have to buy, I've got torn fabric from everyday use, and 4 puncture holes. Needless to say, they could care less, and offer absolutely no help. I'll never step foot in in that store again. $3600 gone.

We were in casually looking for a new couch and ended up finding a great priced (half off!) matching couch and chair and a half set. Nice Sales lady helped us purchase and pick a delivery date/time. Only strange thing was we picked afternoon delivery and the delivery folks called at 10am saying we were up next, they rearranged their route to accommodate the planned afternoon delivery slot. They were quick and professional removing the old sectional and careful bringing in the new furniture through our tight front door.
