September 2024 by Jeff Snyder
Had an amazing experience buying a pre owned truck out of state with Matt Shetler at this dealership. I have been looking for a vehicle for a few months now and located one at the dealer. I am from Upstate New York and this dealer is 4 hours on way from me. Matt was kind enough to send me detailed photos and videos of the truck I inquired about. They gave me their best price right off the bat and we moved forward with the purchase. The dealer coordinated delivering the truck to my residence and the truck looks amazing. I would absolutely do business with this dealer again.

They did recall work for fuel pump on our truck, and 60 miles later, it was a pile of burned junk. They are not doing a thing to help us replace it. They are claiming it isn't related to the work they did.

Searching on the internet, we found a Jeep Cherokee we were interested in. We discussed payment and no trade with Tom (salesman) and we would be coming to look at "said Jeep", Sunday (June 30, 2024) knowing they would be closed. Tom said "said Jeep" would be there for us to look at and would notify us if anything changed. (one and a half hour drive for us) Vehicle could not be found on the lot when we arrived. Messaged with no response to Tom. Called the dealership (Monday) and Tom wondered how we could have missed it, yet he could not find it either. Tom returned our call, a few min later and stated it was being processed for sale, with not as much of an apology for our wasted time. Needless to say their communication skills and customer service are lacking and we will not be doing business there in the future.

Update 06/20/24
Extremely happy with how they handled the process of fixing my car. It wasn't by any means cheap, I do not expect handout so i was happy with the total. I was quoted 1 price and paid another for the good. Not only that, my car got some extra love and parts.. There were some other things these guys did that just made this whole experience AMAZING.. Again, this was a whole motor replacement(This motor issue was a chrysler problem and had nothing to do with the dealership AT ALL) and these guys nailed it with the client/business relationship so far again. I cant say enough good things, thanks guys, hopefully see you Saturday to grab my car back...
This is just the beginning of my experience with the Muncy location and so far great customer service. My car is throwing a tantrum engine wise, and while I already had an appt for June 10th, it was not going to wait, apparently. So, after being towed in, they hooked me up nicely with a loaner (I bought the car from their other locations years ago). The car it's self is fantastic. However, through no fault of the dealership, I will not be purchasing another vehicle with a pentastar 3.6 between certain years after some research, as it already had one issue with them. So I now give them a 5 star for the treatment and Chris and Chad were fantastic. Thanks guys..

Had to have work done on one of my vehicles at a garage due to an agreement with another company. From the word go all they could do is try to convince me that it needed all sorts of unnecessary work which would have raised my cost. They were to keep myself and the other party informed all the time which they didn't do. I would not advise anyone to go here.

Got the run around, waited 3 days for delivery when they said they were on way, excuses after excuse. Went out of my way to meet them somewhere and still didn't show (2x). Just to get a text at 830pm that it was never even mine and was sold to someone else... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have a Dodge Challenger with a shaker hood. Took the car there for service last December. Service was quick and everything seemed fine. Not long after, I put the car away for winter. In the spring, I checked under the hood to make sure no critters had made a home. I found that when changing the oil, they pulled the dipstick. When putting the shaker scoop back on, they sandwiched the dipstick under the scoop. I called to complain. They said thanks and never followed up.
Recently, I tried them again. This time, everything under the hood looked fine. However, they left greasy hand prints on both front fenders, hood, and door. I left them feedback on their service follow up survey and on Dodge's survey. I asked for a follow up. Two months later and still haven't heard from them. I don't expect a free detail, but I think you shouldn't pick up your vehicle in worse shape than how you left it.

The service department customer service is professional and helpful, with a smile and it is genuine. I picked up my car after service. He went through everything. Answered my questions snd explained. I walked out with a smile today. Glad my car was done. But also they way as a customer i was treated. Thank you for that.

Took a 2014 RAM 1500 for a trans fluid and filter. 8 speed dropped it off . A few minutes later, I got a call from the service department ,the truck has 76,000 miles . The service manager said that the trans and filter didn't need to be changed for a while and saved me A LOT OF MONEY. Close to a grand . 8 speed trans for RAM can go for over 110,000 miles. Nice. My opinion of course.

I asked for aftermarket parts to be installed due to my vehicle being just out of warranty. Service department says they don’t do aftermarket parts!! This is a first I’ve ever heard of a dealership doing this … SHADY!!

Dealer marked up a scatpack widebody by 50 thousand dollars. Shady practices. It's a naturally aspirated v8 for God sakes. Not a hell cat or red eye. Fix it, ill remove it. Thanks!

My Ram was 63k, and the dealer can’t even provide a complimentary first time oil change or rotate my tires free of charge? I will NEVER take my truck to Kaiser or buy another truck from them again. Customer service means making me feel valued, and charging me money for a tire rotation after I spend over 60 thousand at your dealer is not customer service. It’s insulting.
