Had wonderful experiences with all employees in person, but struggled to schedule an appointment due to leaving numerous voicemails and not getting a response until the 5th time in a few weeks. Procedures were done with ease and everyone was very friendly and did wonderfully! And very ‘cheep’ in comparison to other dental companies!!

I'll start with the doctors and assistance Ian specifically who are kind and professional unfortunately the office manager Chelsea is not unless I dish out hundreds of dollars to have my teeth clean as well as getting a tooth pulled they refuse to help me the milking of insurance companies Aspen deceives is wrong as well as patients who don't have the money to get the care they need do better Aspen this isn't the first time I had issues with their means of management I also noticed that there needs to be more cleanliness the floors were dirty the equipment had gross build up of some sort of junk in the crevices.

Dentist was not compassionate, was rude never explained anything that she was going to do, gave novacaine without any warning, continued to have pain during procedure and dentist did not care, after she completed work she just left the room and never gave any instructions for after care, dental assist completed the work and also did not give any instructions, I've never been treated so bad and have never had the worst dental experience in my life.

Had a broken tooth pulled a week ago with a bone graft put in. 6 days of miserable pain later and I finally cave and get them to emergency squeeze me in. Based on the absolutely disgusting taste I assumed it was infected. Turns out my bone graft fell out and I have a dry socket.I have to go through another week of this crap even though I followed all the instructions to the letter. Lidocain has already wore off not even an hour later and I'm in even worse pain than when I shown up today. I asked the denist if I could get something prescribed because the Tylenol I've been eating like candy all week has been hit and miss. She barely acknowledged me and said something I couldn't understand and just told me to open to start. After 5 minutes of scraping and getting a new graft she just walked away without saying a word. Nothing further on pain medication. I had to ask the nice hygienist if I could get anything because I couldn't handle another 6 days of agonizing pain creeping up into a migraine. Thankfully he got me something. It took everything I had to not ugly cry in front of them. You can bet I immediately did when I got to the parking lot. And for whatever reason, the first time I went they numbed me up for literal hours, meanwhile I'm actually in excruciating pain now and it didn't last more than an hour. It feels like the needle from the injection sites are still in there. If this bone graft falls out as well I'm not going back. I can't deal with the pain anymore and the response to it has been absolute indifference aside from the one nice guy who made sure I had a pain med script before I left. Nobody should have to deal with this from professionals meant to help them. 2 stars because they did get me in the same day I called.

I needed a root canal but we're moving states soon, I was told I would get a call when they had a date for the Endodontist, as she comes once a month. Never received a call. At my appointment I asked about the date and lo and behold, their list is full, they didn't call me, and they gave me a list of three endodonists and told me to find one myself. "We can put you on the list for April, if you want." But I had informed them this was an emergency as the military is moving us to Nevada in a few weeks. I waited almost two months for this appointment! I have three weeks left before we move! Be honest with patients so you don't screw them over. Pathetic, extremely unprofessional.

I made appointment online and listed that it was for a broken tooth that I wanted fix I only made it cause my primary dentist couldn’t get me in until April and was in a lot of pain after my 1st visit they did x ray and listed a bunch of other stuff they wanted to do I almost had to setup a payment plan and reschedule to get my broken tooth fix for a week before I would have seen my other dentist which never got touch. Other than this the staff was friendly and everyone was really nice just wasn’t my cup of tea for my current situation.

I have never been treated so badly . I went to have a tooth fixed on my dentures. No big deal we made the appointment and checked with the insurance to make sure everything was good to go.The said that it would cover everything. Which is what our insurance company said before i even got there. Good great nope they then said It wouldn’t pay for anything then they wanted 1000.00 for tooth and realignment Then they said the dr recommend new dentures . The ones i have are new . So I called my wife to make sure everything with insurance was covered because they told me now the insurance wouldn’t cover anything.when i called my wife it was suddenly getting fixed . My wife called the insurance again they told her that everything was covered. So my appointment was at noon. With all the hassle I didn’t get done till after 3:00. I went in to ask them to check on them she said she would in a minute. I sat there waiting for another 25minutes before she even checked . They acted like I was not even there . She waited on at least 2other people before checking plus at least two other employees were there doing nothing. So to anyone else that would go there for dental work I would advise you not to . How ridiculous to be treated like that!!!
