Terrible service no knowledge of how to help you buy their products. Tried calling and got no reaponse. Went to customer service desk and employee seemed boggled by the prospect of having to order in product.

A really kind lady took me to the back showed me the papers and she worked with me on buying a pellet and they have very nice lady I forgot her name uncomfortable sorry
