I've been using this bank a few times each month for about a year, and I'm definitely done now. Twice their ATM machines didn't give my card back. Called to see if I could come by and grab my card back, they tell me they shredded it, and I gotta get a new card.And on several occasions, depositing money it would spit the money back out, and bills would be folded and / or torn apart. I've had to get out of the car and retrieve money off the ground because it would shoot the money into air.Dear PNC. Get some new machines and some friendly staff members. This is completely unacceptable

Nobody answers phones. Called multiple times for several hours and nothing. Worst service. Donegal branch always answered and were so friendly this branch has nothing but rude people

Decent interest rate on savings...if you push for it. Not the friendliest staff or the most organized. Repeated visits to get accounts straight.

Good bank. Never had any bad issues with them. And if I did have a issue they solved it in a timely manner. Very friendly staff.

There ATM machine ate my card, when I called the next day to see about getting it back, the lady at the bank told me because it was not a PNC CARD it was SHREDDED and now dont have one. Thanks pnc, my kids appreciate it

Machine likes to eat ATM cards. I'm not even a PNC customer. Haven't been for 20 years, nor do I want to be. My bank tells me my account is fine and there's no reason for it to do that. PNC customer service tells me it was taken to be destroyed.... who the hell gives you the right?? Nice to know they will never change there ways. I will go the extra distance and use another banks machine from now on. Thanks again for nothing PNC

This is the worst PNC branch I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Apparently they open the night drop vault at 8am, and can't get my deposit to post before 5pm. These are rudest, least professional, least informed people I have ever had to interact with. They do not care about the image of their bank, the ladies are happy turn away prospective business.

These old ladies working there have no clue what modern day banking is, so stop wasting your time and don't open a bank account with them. I had too many bad experiences that I'd advise anyone holding a bank account with them to close it immediately.
