Efficient. Yes it is fast, friendly and they waste 0 of your time if you bring your w2s and answer a few questions you will be done in 20min. Fresh streamlined lobby. Extremely comfortable staff and no dmv feel that some services have. Is it pricey.... the best things in life aren't cheap. If it is a concern check before you make an appointment.
