“Great experience at the “OG” Levin store in Mt Pleasant, PA this week! My sales consultant Dorette has AMAZING style and taste! She knew immediately which items would work best for my XL living room upstairs and smaller game room space downstairs. 2 completely different looks for 2 completely different spaces yet they both perfectly fit the aesthetic of our home and my family’s needs! She even helped me with a concern I had with my outdoor furntiture I purchased last year a different Levin store. Loved my experience overall at this store. The entire staff was so welcoming! Store and outlet center were much larger than I thought and had “all the things!” Also I LOVE how this store is rooted in the community. They had kittens and cats available for adoption right inside the door and a bake sale and info booth right outside the door supporting a local animal group! Couches, kittens, and the elusive cozy, hometown feel! What more could I possibly want?”

“Friendly folks run this business. They sale Amish made outdoor furniture, and Americana memorabilia type items. I bought two rocking chairs and an outdoor glider. Will be going back for more.”

“I can't say enough good things about this store. It is a very "old school" type of place with tons of variety crammed into a very welcoming environment. I found myself needing to buy an unexpected gift for someone and all I had to go on was that they "liked tea." With that info, surprisingly, I couldn't find any places around town that could help me with a nice gift basket of tea. I did a Google search and came across the Old General Store in Mt. Pleasant, which is within 30 minutes of me. I called and spoke to a very nice person named Katie (??), who explained that they didn't have gift baskets made up but they had all the stuff to put together one.Based on that, I drove to the store and browsed this very busy store. I'm not very creative with stuff like this but I found some Republic of Tea cans plus some local honey and went to the counter to ask to speak with Katie. She pleasantly confirmed it was her and surprised me by saying that she had actually already put something together for me, including a nice tea mug, some teas, honey, etc. What a great surprise that was very appreciated. She switched out a couple of the tea choices for ones that I had already picked up and surprised me again with a very reasonable price for a beautiful 100% customized, wrapped gift set.If you need something for gifts and like local products like jams, jellies, teas, etc. please visit this great store. I guarantee you won't get this kind of great personalized service in a Wal Mart. My thanks to this store and Katie for helping me finish my Christmas shopping just under the wire.”
