“I was there today 10/15. I've been trying to get my Pnc back online since March to no avail. Also my monthly statement i wanted sent to my home address to no avail. Christine waited on me and to make a long story short SHE HELPED AND DID WHAT I WANTED WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE..SHE WAS EXCELLENT. Thank you Christine.
Another employee who was to help me 2 weeks ago never called me...nothing. i've been trying to get on line since March and we have been customers at PNC since the sixties.
Thank goodness Christine took the time and solved the problem or we would be gone from Pnc...

In 2014 I open my own business, sold that business, opened another business, dealt with Covid and fraud, and the staff at both locations in Mt. Pleasant have been absolutely wonderful. They made it easy to set up my accounts, they helped me migrate from one business to the next, and especially helped us during Covid with the filing of paperwork to secure PPP and Restaurant revitalization funds. Every staff member over there is beyond friendly and go above and beyond to make you feel like you're important and I greatly appreciate it.”
