This is the only auto shop that I trust after being ripped off elsewhere. I can vouch: Roberts' staff and techs are helpful, polite, honest, fair. Their prices are more than fair. They treat you and your car with respect. I'm really glad I found them!

Roberts is the only trustworthy auto repair shop I've dealt with in Lancaster in ten years. Roberts has been fair, courteous, detailed, thorough, and helpful. Previously, I was ripped off at a local chain auto repair; and by a regional dealer. But in both cases, Roberts correctly diagnosed my issues and saved me money. Furthermore, Roberts Automotive provided detailed and thorough diagnostic reports on car computers and error codes (BMW/MINI). I wish I had gone straight to Roberts initially because other shops ripped me off and couldn't resolve my issues. But Roberts stepped up, fixed my issues, and billed me fairly. Ever since I'll take all my cars to Roberts. I trust Dave in service and Troy in the shop. This is a trustworthy business, unlike so many others.

A little bit pricey, but if you want the job done right the first time and professionally, this is the place to go especially if you have a foreign car although, Robert's are excellent with domestic vehicles as well.

I had a really dangerous misfire and I needed to fix it in just 2 days cause I drive long distances for college and work. Roberts Automotive understood the situation and they tried to squeeze me and get my car fixed in just 2 days for a fair price and I am very thankful for their understanding. I went to Roberts for an oil change for my BMW. Staff were friendly and even replaced my key battery at cost (I told them my key wasn't working and gave permission to fix it). It's not always easy to find quality mechanics, especially ones who know BMWs, so I'll be going there again when I need to. The mechanic also looked over my car and let me know about any concerns. They originally asked if I could drop my car off for the day but when I asked for a specific time and said I'd like to wait, they gave me a time and called me as soon as it was ready about an hour and a half later (just as they had estimated).
