“We were traveling out of town for the holidays and my daughter became very sick on Christmas Eve and we needed medicine for her on Christmas Day. There were no pharmacies open, but my parents have been longtime customers of Sloan’s. We left an after hours message and our call was promptly returned. The pharmacist said he could go in and fill the prescription. You do not get service like that from the big box pharmacies! We are so grateful to this pharmacy and will forever support them when we are in the area!”

789 E Main St, Mount Joy“This is the second time I've visited Mt Joy Giant. The meat dept is far better than Elizabethtown's. The selection is so much better. The butcher went above and beyond to get what I wanted. Seriously thinking of going the extra milage to get better groceries.”

Whoever manages this Store should be commended!! From product placement & availability of a huge variety in such a small place, stocked to the gills & so clean & tidy, Wow!! And three of the employees I chatted with were great!! Thanks Grace!! You All made a huge Impression & I love the music choice!! ? ??Happy Shopper!!!”
“With CVS Pharmacies planning on carrying mifepristone, we are exploring other options. Does your pharmacy carry or plan to carry mifepristone or any other abortifacient?”
“They made a great donation to the Empty Bowls Committee at St Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church as well as donating useful items to the seniors at the lititz Senior Center located at 201 elE Market St lower level of the Lititz Methodist Church. We appreciate your community support and welcome a vaccine day in the future”
“Weis is one of my home super markets. I find everything high quality at a lower price than the other ones. Customers service is very good, price is good, area is neat, life is good.”
“Store is usually well stocked and clean. This store tends to have a lot of older folks shopping there and I feel bad for some of them because there are not a lot of cashier lines for them. The lines tend to be a little long because we all know they won’t use the self checkouts. With all the employees that tend to be looking for something to do, I think having more cashiers during peak times would be good. Most importantly, Tuesdays should be fully manned due to senior discount day. Just an observation”
9AM - 5PM
441 W Main St, Mount Joy“Weis market in Mount Joy has vastly improved. A lot of people are available for assistance and staff are always friendly. A lot of self check out has now been added. If you have a problem, plenty of staff to help. Prices are as good as Giant, and sometimes better. This is the store to go to to get your purified bottled water at a decent price. They have definitely made a lot of improvements at the store.”

“My husband and I had Covid Shots at Rite Aid 11/10/23.The lady who administered the shot was so nice, and the shot did not hurt. She was so cheerful and made us forget we were going to get a shot. THANK YOUThe person who signed us in was also very nice. I would tell anyone to go to this Rite Aid-Chestnut St.”
“One of the nicer Weis Markets in the area. Didn't know this one was here, but it was very convenient for where we were at to get some odds and ends needed for the kids.”
“As for vitamins and supplements which I go for, they have everything I'd ever need and then some; coupled with a long-standing knowledgeable staff and great prices - even better than Amazon!??”

740 S Broad St, Lititz“Although a little farther than my local Weis, I don't mind traveling to Lititz to go to the store. I don't believe one store is better than the other in appearance it's the service of the employees. They seem more approachable and knowledgeable of their store. Thank you, Lititz, for producing hard, dedicated workers!”
“I look forward to the holidays to visit family on the East coast AND to stop by my favorite East coast grocery stores. Wegmans is really top of the line when it comes to grocery stores and I really wish we had these or something like them in the Midwest. The grocery and specialty item selection is expansive, the customer service is great and the prices are right on par with other, less nice, grocery stores. I don't know how they do it?This particular location has a great ready made food area including sushi and hot food, a sandwich shop, and a coffee station. There is a nice wine/beer shop within and an amazing selection of fresh cheeses and meats. My favorite part is the bakery; so many great things to choose from!”
“Last time I went to pick up my meds I had a I misunderstanding. But thanks to the manager that reach out to me and explain me the situation so I could have a better understanding and I appreciate a lot. I been with this pharmacy for over 5 years and never had any problems they treat their customers pretty good and always looking to solve any issues with their customers .”

960 Lititz Pike, Lititz“I have had wonderful experiences at this CVS pharmacy in Target in Lititz, PA (960 Lititz Pike). I have had numerous negative experiences at other local CVS pharmacies, and I almost gave up on CVS until someone recommended this location. The staff at this location are amazing! They are personable and extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they work hard to have prescriptions ready in a timely manner.”
“In a convenient location near a wine and spirits. Plenty of parking. No big customer service issues. Not too busy. I think Weis is always pricier, but prices were comparable to other midsized groceries. Self checkout available”
7AM - 9PM
771 E Main St, Mount Joy“Excellent place to get your gasoline after shopping at the giant grocery store. Your gas savings can add up the more groceries you buy. Plus you can use gas buddy for seven cents off right now. I have used Giant gasoline for a number of years. You can even wipe your windows clean with the squeegees. they also have air available and you can use Apple Pay I believe it’s $1.50 for about three minutes. Never had a problem here.”
“Yes, CVS is huge. Walgreens is enormous. Even so, when you need a speciality prescription or durable medical good, Sloan's Pharmacy is your place. My mom needed a very specific type of bandage. I knew I could get it for her at Sloan's. No, they didn't have it in stock - it was so specialized I didn't expect them to - but they ordered it that day and I had it three days later. They called me when it came in and had everything including my invoice pulled up so all I had to do was grab the box, sign my name and head on my way. A few weeks ago, my dad had an uncommon prescription. CVS pointed him to Sloan's who, of course, had it in stock and waiting for him by the time he walked to the counter. What I find fun at Sloan's is all of the candy - my old favorites, Mallow Cups and Beechnut gum were there as were other new and vintage candy, mints and gum. I could see myself getting into trouble if I had to wait too long for a script. Sloan's takes most insurance plans including my out of state plan. For durable medical goods, they will submit the claim for you and bill for the difference. They also offer delivery which I appreciate for my elderly parents. Every employee I interacted with was friendly and helpful. It was a nice change from that big box pharmacy down the road.”
“Very organized and clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful if you ask a question they will Ans. It andTake you 2 the item. Other places just point and walk away ??♂️ great store”
“The Medicine Shoppe in Columbia is the most incredible pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They treat you like family, they treat you with respect, they go above and beyond to take care of you. I love each and every one of the employees. They are truly amazing.”
“I have used this pharmacy for over 10 years. They have always been professional and friendly when I come to get my medicines. Jesse, Nikki, Adam and Cami are great at their jobs! Thankyou for all that you do!”

My experiences here, driven by a need for a more attentive and service-oriented pharmacy, have consistently exceeded expectations, meriting a full 5-star rating. The decision to switch to Custom Prescriptions of Lancaster was primarily motivated by my dissatisfaction with the services provided by larger healthcare conglomerates.
