I spent 9 months trying to get my CPAP replaced by my other DME. Apria completed all necessary paperwork, machine setup and shipped replacement unit with 7 days. I can't thank them enough for there ability to qualify my DME and issue in a week. Awesome provider and exceptional representatives. ?

I was with another DME company before this and the closest office was in Pittsburgh PA which is not convienent but I was not that unhappy with them.Now that I am with Apria which has a local office and so far they have been on top of my DME scripts, just now awaiting a new change to script to come in. I would have had this taken care of to begin with if there was a policy in place, especially when the pt, (me) was to go over every thing in script, I would have caught it and my waiting now would not be happening now. The employee Carol I spoke with was very professional and knowledgable in her job. I am very happy with my choice.

The company checks on me periodically and when I needed another mask they sent to me promptly

The rep explained everything and answered my questions knowledgeably. She was very personable and it was easy to speak with her. Equipment arrived on time and was well packaged. Directions were simple to.follow. great experience!

Once things got to moving a bit, your people really worked to insure I received the oxygen concentrator I needed. And on a timely basis, plus delivered right to my home.

Took about a month to get my cpap machine. They call and check to see how things are going and to see if you need any help with anything. Friendly staff

As a brand new user, my husband has been struggling with using his CPAP - first the seal then not feeling he was getting enough air. He had two phone calls with a therapist who was not very helpful. We were able to troubleshoot ourselves and figured out that the machine wasn’t hooked up properly, and he wasn’t using the correct size mask. Tow issues that I feel could’ve been reviewed and pinpointed if properly guided by the therapist. In my opinion, the therapist was pretty much just “keep trying good luck” without trying to troubleshoot or help. Do better.

Horrible, Horrible,Horrible. The only thing they're good at is to send bill. They keeping sending the insurance information to the wrong place. I been trying to straight things up for 3 months now. They all ready have $800.00 out my pocket.

While all dealings with the local office have been pleasant, cost quotes and billing have been nothing short of a nightmare. I’m not sure where the disconnect begins but I suspect it’s my insurer, Blue Cross Blue Shield and I am sick of dealing with an overseas call center to rectify matters. AND HERE WE GO AGAIN, this company, particularly when is comes to billing is simply incompetent! The machine was defective, took weeks to get that sorted out and replaced, their phones were out of order for several days, now I’ve received a bill 8 times the agreed upon monthly amount and Im on hold, again, the reps suggestion was to remove my card so that I could be further inconvenienced by receiving a paper bill in the mail. Now Im being told that my deductible hasn’t been met. Wrong! Again! I am beyond frustrated and despise this company I could NEVER recommend them. As soon as eligible, I will transfer to another company.
