Worst service EVER. Don't see how this person is still in business. Will NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. Not just the service that was done was horrible, but the manner in which the guy spoke to customers was horrific. Wish I could give it negative stars.

I would recommend this shop to ANYONE. Advanced Transmission's owner/operator is honest and trustworthy, not to mention highly skilled and knowledgeable. I have only been there once and will only ever take my vehicles there for any transmission work in the future. I took my truck there when my transmission started making a horrible noise when shifting. I thought for sure I was looking at a new transmission, and since I don't know a lot about them he could have told me I need a new one and I would have had to take it to get a second opinion or pay the 2500 to replace it. However, he called and explained to me that it was only a transfer case and it would cost 450. Advanced actually cares about doing things right and that saves customers money.

Advanced Transmission's owner/operator is highly skilled and knowledgeable. Most transmission shops nowadays just replace transmissions and charge too much to do so. Advanced actually repairs transmissions when possible and saves customers thousands of dollars. I've used this shop several times and can't believe what a great value they are!
