Frustrated after wasting far too much time at a variety of other retailers, I had finally visited the Verizon location in Mountaintop and had a wonderful experience. My son ordered a phone online through a Sales Rep at Verizon. We chose to pick it up at this location. After about an hour I called there to see how long it would be until we could pick up the phone. I was informed they do not do pick up orders there. I then called Verizon and they called the store and was told that the manager cancelled my son's order and stated it was a fraud order. Someone from Verizon was trying to get this straightened out and the manager would not answer the phone for someone from Verizon to talk to them. Terrible!
