Tony had our insurance money to repair our vehicle since May 2023. We stopped in to see what was going on many times the last time being October 2023. He passed away at the end of October 2023. We finally received a call back from his son Tony Ross the attorney just now December 21st 2023. He said there is no money in the estate. We are out $ 4657.00. Never turn your insurance check over to these auto places no matter how honest their reviews or how honest they appear. Any suggestions for next steps?

Tony Ross is AWOL.I have been trying to get my truck repaired and reurned to me for 14 months. He has all my insurance money and no truck.It is not on site any more.Where is it Tony?Brought the issue up with Fairview police, insurance was notified and trying to find a lawyer who wants the to address the issue.Oh, had to buy another vehicle in the mean time and may tell the bank to reposses it.Thanks Tony.

Terrible place my car there for over 5 months Tony the owner very unpleasant person all he keeps saying “it’s not my problem “ he won’t answer his phone or call back

My truck was in a t bone it was Bent 2" out of place thay don't see the crack in the tchasy and thay said to me the truck was Bent 2" out of place but anyway I am on disability and my mom and dad take me to my doctor appointment for my heart I found out about the tchasy not there I was selling it and the guy that bought the truck took the truck to a mechanic and found the crack ? he called me and told me about that I want to see it I was said about that sounds like funService: Body & Trim

Tony is great. He is so nice and easy to deal with very down to earth and honest. He explains what he will do with your vehicle and his work is excellent. My wife and I have taken vehicles to him for over 23 years. Top notch work and very reasonable prices.

Sad to say I've needed Tony's service several times, the first time after being caught in a hail storm. He's always done great work, even matching tricky "pearl" paint. Always easy to deal with- choosing Ross Body Shop makes a bad situation bearable. They're busy for a reason, and it's definitely worth the wait.
