The store is small, they had what I needed. They had two teenagers working, and they couldn't answer my question. Also I wasn't greeted, and I wasn't asked if I needed help. I was the only customer in the store at that time.

Do not buy Air temp units or Fujitsu units from this place. Horrible installation, when hanging mine I have a video of them slamming there hand against it because they sucked they drywall hanger to far back into the wall and they couldn't get right side to snap into place. It doesn't sit right, every couple months I have water running inside my house. Called them the first time nothing, called second time nothing. They also installed my father's units and they are almost 1.5" off level they look horrible. He called them and called them to come back out and fix it that was over a yr ago. Do not recommend buying from Dewhite. He is not a man of his word, now I have court documents, checkbook I'm trying to dry out because water just poured in my house all over my table. You have to blew line out to get it to run properly because it wasn't hung right. Next step is small claims court.

My review is not great but thats due to the guy being new not the stores fault or his... so id say they can help you get what they dont have in store. The guys very knowledgeable about the brand for recently taking position.
