“We had a very positive experience at American Tool & Supply. We bought a hot water heater there that was cheaper than the other two local places that I checked. I explained to the owner that my husband injured his back the previous week and asked if he could deliver to my mother’s house. The owner followed us there and carried the hot water heater to the basement himself. My husband was installing it and realized that he needed another part. He called the owner who brought the part to my husband and stayed to help him install it. SHOP LOCAL! They will always have our business. OUTSTANDING!”
