Branch manager Lynn's customer service skills are poor. Banker Bibi can barely read or write English. Their incompetence has cost me hundreds of dollars in fees and Wells Fargo refuses to pay after they finally admitted their mistake. Do not use this branch!

I didn't think a "manager" at a bank could be so bad.
