He was great with managing the after surgery pain. My dogs actually ate very well that night. He answers all your questions before you even know what to ask. He also has a great staff. They're all very kind and great with all their patients. And Kelly has all the info you need before you even talk with the doctor. Everyone there really cares about about the pets and their owners. It was very comforting to me to know they were being well taken care of with so much compassion and experience. Thank you Dr. Valese and staff for all these years of care for my dogs. I was not even a current customer but I needed a special medicine compounded because the other pharmacy I used in Wilkes-Barre couldn’t get it anymore. The owner called my doctor himself that day to get the information on what was needed, and he shipped it out to me the next business day since I don’t live close and was in a hurry to get it. “I’ve been a customer of Banfield for 10+ years. Starting with care of two dogs now one. The former veterinarians;as well as the staff has always shown my dogs and myself great hospitality. However, I have to say since veterinarian Payne joined the team; my dog (Pearl) allergies are under control at least 97%. Dr. Payne is the best thing that ever happened to Banfield. Pearl, suffered with allergies that took off almost all of her hair. For two+ years nothing Banfield former veterinarian prescribed worked! Until dr Payne arrived.
