I am happy to say that every time I arrive I am greeted by all staff the place is clean and comfy to spend time in not cold I feel comfortable with the way they show beauty and care timing is great I just hope that things just will keep on getting better meaning with there performance and well good attitude and honesty the place will remain happy and it feels like home I’ve been to other places not good finally I found my place I just hope that the prices won’t go up just a place that it’s fair with pricing thank you and good luck ?

Hair type: My hair is curly and straight at times.when I go to my hair stylist she deeps conditions my hair and I can see the shine and body that my curls have.I come out of there rejoiced.I see that my hair has body and shine.She also gives me tips how to take care of it.Im always happy to go back.When she lets me know the best time to follow up with the care of my hair!

Stylist: Naomi was amazing. I found out that she is the manager there and she was extremely professional and knowledgeable about color and styling. She was very pleasant and personable and I enjoyed her incredible scalp massage with the shampoo as well as her conversation.

So I was great. She explained everything and pricing up front and was so delightful. This visit made up for the last time when I had an appointment and stylist didn’t show up and did not call to let anyone she wasn’t coming and I sat there for 15 minutes clueless

I am so happy to call this salon my favorite place to be! Where do I start? Laura's perm skills and patience are top tier, and Naomi is absolutely amazing with all five of us! I have had an undercut now for over a year that has been meticulously maintained by Naomi. And the undercut is not only with just me, but my two young girls as well that wanted one after I got it done by Naomi! We call it Naomi's undercut club! All three of us just the other day got our undercuts freshened up again with a heart design and semi permanent dye and are dazzling with happiness! Naomi also does my two boy's hair with what is known as the 'Naomi'! It is a 3/4 buzz of their head and nothing but style in the front! The boys, along with the girls, don't want anyone else to cut their hair! Laura takes care of my perm, and Naomi maintains my undercut and my four children's hair. Not only is Naomi phenomenal with hair, she is an amazing human being that listens to you fully and uses her skills to bring to life your vision of what you want to look like! All four of my children are special needs and we have never felt so close and heard by anyone than when we go to get our hair done here! Thank you Naomi, and Laura!

Never book an appt for this place. They make you wait for 3-4hours. Horrible customer service. I will never come back. They shouldn’t let people schedule online if they can’t take them at the time of the appt. Please don’t go there! Is not worth it .

horrible customer service. I made an appointment online l, called a few times to confirm with no answer. When I arrive the two people working told me that even though I had an appointment, they are busy and can't help me. I guess one lady decided to take a perm instead of sticking to schedule.

Terrible Terrible I scheduled a day before my appointment by walking in Next day I'm on time 930 to be exact..I wait 3 other ppl show up, I'm the 10 o'clock..I'm told somebody has to wait longer because we schedule 3 at same time.. even though woman admits I was first! I was told after being dismissed!!!15 more minutes then another person walks in I'm told she gonna go ahead of me her appointment at 1030..No apologies just treated like I wasn't there!!I will go somewhere I'm wanted so are my tips!!!Do not use this mount Pocono salon!!!?

i was booked with stylist qiuanni or however tf you spell it she took off way more hair than i wanted didnt do my highlights properly i wanted it toned to a platinum and its yellow and if i could leave zero stars i would dont book that horse face hoe and my layers aree nottt evennn
