Place is always clean I give it that and stocked but the staff is few and they are so nasty with the customers I think of I had 1 nice worker in here that was it you would think a pharmacy at least would be kind but not even them are kind back there 1 worker of all them is nice and I can't remember that workers name I have even had my bag slid on the counter to me when my hand was out but when customer has an attitude we are wrong I don't know how but whatever they clearly don't like there jobs or something it's sad I like rite aid but I'm transferring my meds to another pharmacy my old rite aid closes so this was my last resort sadly I'm gonna leave them too I can't deal with the nastiness of the staff

I Love ? the Ride Aid in carriage square, but once it closed. I started to go to the Rite Aid in Mount Pocono. I can not tell you why there are such obnoxious and miserable people. You hate to ask a question and I not talk about the Store. It is only the Pharmacy. So I started to go to Walmart, that will tell how bad Rite Aid is , I rather go to Walmart

No wonder why all riteaids are closing because of obnoxious miserable creatures like catherine who pose as assistant managers. Complete disgrace and awful attitude. Horrible attitude and ridiculous behavior. She should be thrown out of this planet.

I have been going there for a few months. The counter staff are friendly. The drive through is not working. Several times my order was not ready even though the doctor called them hours ago. When I get a text that the meds are ready. I go there and they can't find it. My daughter and neighbor are haveing the same issues. We are going to change pharmacies.

Extremely rude. She clicked decline in explaining prescriptions to me and when I asked for more information - her response “It’s just Motrin”. I also picked up an antibiotic. Also walked away from me while I was saying to have a good day. Poor customer service. Wish 0 stars were an option. They don’t even deserve 1.

The store itself is okay like any other drugstore however if you're going to use the pharmacy I would rethink it I've been with them for about 2 months and it's been a very difficult process,long wait times, unfriendliness. And if you call, you never get in touch with a pharmacist. In this case my prescription was short when I left the drugstore but it's been days of calling several times a day and you never get through to anyone. This has been the case since the very beginning. It's very frustrating and I never had this problem at the other rite aid they were very professional. And there was no problem getting through on a phone call to a pharmacist. Very disappointed with the service and wanted to change since the very first day I've been with them.

The entire pharmacy staff from pharmacists to cashiers in pharmacy dept. Are the rudest associates I have ever encountered. Will be doing the CVS OR WALMART PHARMACY from now on.

Terrible service, 1 assistance and 1 pharmacist. I waited 20 minutes before they would come up to the counter and tell me the will he right with me. Then waited another 10 minutes before I finally get an assistance from the pharmacist.

My pharmacy was closed in Tobyhanna forcing me to go the the Mount Pocono facility. The cashier was very nice even though she was dealt a bad hand with the two pharmacists she has to work with. They were filling prescriptions and piling baskets on top of each other when one of the two could have helped and put the scripts in the bags. After I had gotten my prescriptions I went to the other window to suggest someone to help and was met with a snarky elitist attitude about how I’m counting pills so you can pick up your prescriptions. Right you’re counting pills not curing cancer. It’s not helping anyone if you are operating under complete chaos! The Tobyhanna location had everything under control. Makes you think why locations are closing. Might be time to think about a new pharmacy.
