These guys are the best Ford Dealer around the area! Chris went above and beyond to help my boyfriend fix a lock issue after the Ford Dealership in East Stroudsburg didn't seem to know what was wrong.Would recommend and take our vehicles there again!

Had STATE inspection done 12/30/2022, found a nest under my hood, 12/31/22, when i went to fill washer fluid, that was not even checked. How can you do a 50 point inspection REQUIRED BY PENNDOT,and never open the hood!?!?!?!

Bough car here second bad experience here quicklane took an hour to get car in then I need tires after 21,000 miles they were at 5 last visit. Then they said a tp was hanging not possible no lights came on they broke it so I said not on me. I'm really afraid something might not be right with vehicle. I will not return here for service ever still here since 10 am

I Have Used This Place Twice And Everytime i Come Here it takes an hour to two hours for a simple Oil Change Even With Making an Appointment and Arriving Early For Said Appointment… this is HORRIBLE service Today They Didnt even Start On My Car Till an Hour And A Half Later ! I made an 11am Appointment they Started at 12:30pm ! Whats the point of appointmentsService: Oil change

After being solicited by email & phone for a car I had for sale on Ebay, I was told, "I'm sure we can make a deal." So, I drove the hour to the dealer. I was met by a man named Juan who said they "couldn't do anything" with my car, which is a cream puff. I took 2 hours out of my day and they wouldn't even look at the car. Very unprofessional! Very Unhappy!

Have to drop your car off night before to get an oil change. Not quick. Have had to drop off multiple times and pick up next day. Sad.
