This place is a disgrace and Isabella is a terrible manager, she needs to go. You go in and get information one day and it is completely different the next day. They claim to be so concerned about safety and security yet they take steps not to make their customers more safe, but rather to cover themselves.

The bank itself doesn’t give you enough time to fix a overdraft before they charge you that overdraft fee. It’s Christmas time and I’m very sick. Can’t even get to the bank to fix it. I’m very angry that I don’t even get notified until the fee is already put on. I have two accounts with them I’m about to close both!

Horrible. Everyone is so lost. The old lady in the front has mad attitude talking about “oh I’m busy I have an appointment “ after I mentioned that I’m in a bit of a rush when I was just trying to do a simple wire transfer. The tellers kept telling me about a stupid fee that doesn’t matter to me I would’ve paid I kept saying it was ok, but they kept trying to kick me out by saying there’s nobody to help. I don’t know what’s going on but I think I will have to close out my account and my BUSINESS account with this dreadful bank. That was the worst experience ever. That woman had ZERO consideration for my situation and proceeded to tell me about the things she had to do when I was right there in front of her, a customer willing to pay the fee and she just ended up walking away and not helping me regardless.So dumb. It that was all so unnecessary when a customer is right there in front of you with the money they’re priority.

I deposited some cash and the tellers complained about having to count money..I mean it IS a bank and counting money is literally your job..it’s incredible how no one wants to do their job anymore

Pulled up at 4:58. Waited to be greeted and didn't get a response so at 4:59 I pressed the call button and even though they were talking to another customer in the lane next to me and it was not 5, the girl said they were closed and turned off the camera. This was all after I got there at 4:30, tried to use the ATM that was broken, went to another ATM, then came back. Horrible customer service! Locations in Lehigh Valley are Soooo much better!

After having personal accounts at several "community" banks in the Pocono region PNC is one of the most accommodating, personable, and has given me, their customer, the respect and attention I feel I warrant.
