Awesome Staff are always very helpful and kind, as well as very knowledgeable. The best ones are also zipping back n forth. Like a little busy bee. Nice gesture as well with little coffee Bar for MVP's. I am very happy with their service!!

THIS IS THE WORST STORE IVE EVER BEEN TO. there's absolutely no help in the store, nothings where it's suppose to be, the management in the store is very poor. I was spoken to very rudely the last time I went there by who I was told is the store manager, and it happened while I was asking for directions to the flooring section, and I asked the young lady if she was able to guide me there, and she stated that she can get another associate which was fine, while waiting for the associate I let her know that I was in a hurry and would have to leave soon, and she just flat out told me the doors right there, and she walked into the customer service area, no associate ever came to help me and I ended up trying to go back towards where she told me the department was, no one was there. I went over to the neighboring department and was told they just went on a hour break 5 minutes ago. I left the store. every time I go to this store I have a bad experience. I was even hit with machinery once by an associate who simply didn't see me, he turned the machine while I was at the corner of an aisle and I got hit with like a wall of plexiglass. since it was a mistake I did not report the gentleman and he was very willing to help me up and make sure I was okay afterwards, but it's always something in this store. I can't take it anymore.

Mt. Pocono store. One of their installers came to my house for a room measurement. I was told 156 sq. ft. which is fine. However, by the time the final quote came from Lowes, they padded the quote by 60 sq. ft. for a total of 216 sq. ft. Since there is no way to justify this, I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Terrible store, not a single employee can ever be bothered to help you beyond telling you they flat out can't be bothered to do their job. All they are ever doing is standing around in groups watching customers try and use their glitchy broken self check out with the line stretching down the front of the store.... Take the extra time and make the trip to home depot and save your self the wasted time of bothering with Lowe's

If you are thinking of hiring Lowe's in Mount Pocono to do any home repairs or to install a new kitchen or bath, forget about it! The work they did on our home was a disaster. Very poor workmanship, no attention to detail and the woman in charge of it all only flirted with my husband the whole time. Believe me, he was not interested. Not only did they do a bad job, they caused additional damage to our home and left without fixing it or paying us so we could hire someone to do the repairs. Never knew one day to the next if they were going to show up or not and when they were here they spent a lot of time outside smoking cigarettes and talking on their phones. There is no one to complain to either. Your complaints go to some supervisor who just sends the same crew out to inspect the complaint. Then they disappear again and nothing is done. Learned our lesson here for sure, we will use a real contractor for the rest of our repair/remodeling work.

I have long resisted opening a Lowes or Home Depot credit card. Lowes is closest to where I live, and after spending thousands of dollars at Lowes, I conceded to getting a Lowes Card as they discount 5% for using a Lowes card which really means they overcharge me by 5% for being a cash or debit customer. My first statement did not arrive and before I knew it I was charged a late fee and interest. I am current, I only charged $260 last month and am paying it right away...... but I note that my standard APR for being a good Lowes Customer is 26.99% When I go to Lowes, the busiest counter is the return counter, there is often no cashier except the self serve line. And while I am there , I regularly hear the alarm go off suggesting someone walked out with something unpaid. No wonder, when you overcharge customers 5%, when you charge abusive interest, customers realize and go elsewhere when they can. Speaking for myself, I go out of my way to go to Home Depot, not because they are perfect, but competitively speaking, they are far better, While arguably still hard to take, their credit card is 37% less expensive (16.99%) , they offer extended no interest financing on purchases above $299, and their customer service level is much better. When you abuse your customers, you lose them ......

Marc to the rescue! I placed an online order and instead of choosing ship to home, I opted for store pickup. My husband went to the Mt. Pocono store and picked up two white lounge chairs. When he came home and told me that the chairs were dirty, I was livid. How the heck a store sells you dirty merchandise when you placed an online order. Does it mean that if I've chosen ship to home, the store will deliver dirty chairs? Sorry but it doesn't make sense. It's not that I went to the store and decided to buy chaise lounge chairs and took the ones they have outside. C'mon, I placed an ONLINE order and of course expected to receive CLEANED items. Not even the associate took the initiative to have the items cleaned before the customer arrives to pick them up. Tonight, I went back with the intention of talking to the store manager and make a formal complaint. Luckily, Marc, department supervisor, did everything a customer will expect for a store to do to keep a loyal customer happy and erased the bad experience of the day before. Needless to say, that's exactly what I expected from Lowe's. So, shoppers, be aware of those orders that you place online!

It ok if you don't need any help. Trying to fine someone is hard to do some times. Ordered some propane , no one came out , went back in again and told them. Took about 20 minutes before someone came out. this is pretty common with this store.

Wanted to give it 2.5 stars but since that was not possible I had to settle for two. The store is adequately stocked but that could be due to supply chain issues. Maybe that's keeping the store for being fully stocked. They don't have simple things like a wall hanger cord for a 100 pound mirror or basic water filters outside their brand. The biggest complaint is that the staff is not knowledgeable in anything. I mean anything. Even simple home improvement items. I get the "I dunno" or " look on YouTube " with simple questions. You would think a home improvement store would train their employees, but no.

I paid Lowes to have my kitchen backsplash installed. After several miscommunication between Lowes and their private contractor (Lowes couldn't find my tiles), my backsplash got installed before thanksgiving 2021. After they left, I started cleaning the backsplash and realized that about 25 small tiles were cracked. I called the company immediately but was unable to get in contact with them. I left several messages with employees and after three months someone was able to come and inspect the work. They took pictures, documented work wasn't complete and said someone we get in contact with me but no one did. I went to Lowes three times, sale associates emailed the manager in charge and again no one has contacted me. It's now May 18,2022, over 6 months, and my backsplash has not been fixed. Please do not have anything install by Lowes. It's better to deal with a local company that specializes in the product you need to install. My next step will be to contact Lowes corporate office, call the Lowes credit card and file a claim with the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible store..waited 25 minutes for an employee to help me. He sat on a forklift talking on his cell phone. After getting frustrated I finally went over and let him know he said he would be 2 minutes and its been almost 30 then proceeded to show him my list. He laughed and stated it's all special orders..Grabbed the only couple things I was able to get I processed to checkout.. Shocking no registers open at all at 7pm on a friday..
