SUMMARY: Tori and Chuck at Jack Williams made my experience a pleasant and successful one. Chuck took the time and patience to make sure the job was done correctly. Tori made me feel welcome and has such a pleasant personality. The prices for the tires were on par with others, but it is the customer service that ranks above all else.
DETAILS: Friday evening at 6 PM, I begin to go out for dinner to hear a "thunking" sound. I come to realize that my rear passenger tire is flat. After spending an hour an a half and three compressors later, I was able to get the tire patched, inflated, and remounted. I saw the tire was practically bald so I needed a new one ASAP.
I went online and did a search for places where I could get two new tires for the back the next day. I found Jack Williams and set an appointment for 2 PM Saturday. The patch held in place and I arrived at Jack Williams. I was helped immediately and they got my car into the bay approximately 10 minutes later.
It took about an hour, and when Chuck came out to tell me the tires were on, he apologized for the time as he had to let one of the tires sit in the sun so it could expand to get it onto the rim. He was very thoughtful and updated me on the condition of my front tires and brakes. He was thorough and that gave me confidence that the job was done right.
While waiting for the vehicle, Tori and I had a couple of good conversations. She is down to earth and we were able to relate very well. At the end, she handled by "check out" process and smiled at me as we parted ways. I felt valued by her and the rest of the team.
Give them a try. They are part of Mavis, but I can tell they have their own distinct personality and they will help you wherever they can. Tori and Chuck do not disappoint.

Called was told $30 each to mount and balance tire got my bill it was over $100 for two.. asked why and was told, "we replaced the valve stems'

Adam was very helpful at the front desk, K fixed the tire that was leaking, didn't take much time at all. Make sure to come here and get your car fixed, good people.

I had a great experience working with Adam today !! He was very polite & helpful. I got my car inspected for the first time being a first time driver Adam educated me on the things I need to get done as far as staying on top of my registration and inspections. Overall the place was very clean and they work really fast.

After having my car scanned last weekend at Auto Zone and being referred to Mavis, my boyfriend and I ended up at Jack Williams after waiting almost 3 hours with an appointment at Mavis to be told they didn't have the part my car needed. I took a chance and stopped in at Jack Williams not sure if I would be able to have my car serviced on a Sunday at 2pm without an appointment . We were greeted by a super nice gentleman and were told they could do the repairs we needed. Louis was of extreme help us throughout the entire experience , he answered all of our questions and was beyond professional. We were super impressed by our whole experience . Tori the young lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful as well. Our mechanic was fast and efficient . We waited about an hour for 3 repairs. We will definitely be returning next week to finish up a couple more things . Thank you Jack Williams for helping us out today after a long frustrating morning ?

I needed a tire after my new tire blew two days prior. I stopped in, and while they did not have my tire, the service was excellent. The team really tried to get me in a good place they just didn't have the inventory. Would absolutely go back and highly recommend for their customer service alone

I rely on this place anytime I'm in the area for tire issues and this time I stopped for the free air. Their self-serve air was out of order but Michael volunteered to help me out at the bay. Highly recommend JW!

I can’t express how grateful I am to Mike for his incredible help when my family and I, including our 1-year-old baby, were in a tough spot on a Sunday afternoon. Our right rear tire pressure was dropping rapidly, and we were far from any open service stations. Despite it being the very end of the open hours for the day, Mike came to our rescue. Even though the front desk was closed and he couldn’t officially charge me, he insisted on helping us out without expecting anything in return. His dedication is truly commendable, even when it wasn’t fully appreciated by everyone around. I highly recommend Mike for his exceptional service and kindness.
