I needed a wheel alignment last minute and these guys had me in first thing the following morning and did an A-1 job for me in under an hour. Very reasonable as well. Bryce couldn’t have been more professional and just a great dude. This shop also works on exotics and German cars. I have an Audi and will be taking it to them for every single thing. See ya Dealership!

Not the worst but definitely not the best…
When i first started going to the shop work seems pretty solid however ALWAYS overpriced. Overtime quality of work has decreased significantly.
Just an example my car had a tail light out and they replaced the bulb and for the first time in my cars life the tail light was condensing a there was a puddle of water INSIDE of the red taillight casing.
Not a major issue but i was charged over $100 for the service for them to not even put the piece back correctly.
My suggestion is do the job yourself if it’s not major and if you really need a shop stroudsburg has a few shops that will take care of you for a fraction of the price just do your research!
In mount pocono there is barely any shops beside big names and franchises so the few like Honesty that are family owned are charging just as much as their competitors…

Had a car emergency on our way down from Canada to NJ for a cruise, got to this shop at 5pm an hour before they closed and they were able to replace our alternator belt and get us back on the road in 45 min! These people are amazing would highly recommend!! They saved our vacation!

I would absolutely recommend this establishment! They are very professional and helpful. They changed my spark plugs for me and my car is running like new now. They don’t over charge and treat the car delicately to not dirty or damage when fixing the car! Couldn’t be happier!

The last 2 times I went I’ve had issues with the receptionist there. I went to get my brake calibers and brakes replaced. My brakes failed and ended up rolling down a parking lot and it a guard rail. The receptionist said it was my fault the owner came out suggested we put the car on the lift and seen they failed the complete the job. He replaced everything free of charge. The last time I went a week ago I was charged for a service they was unable to perform they told me after I paid that they couldn’t do the wheel alignment and that I still need to go to the dealership. I couldn’t get a refund, instead they offered 10% off my next service ?

Reliable, and like the name suggests, honest! Mechanics take their time to explain fully what's going on with the cast and don't try to take advantage of non-mechanically minded folks. Been bringing my vehicle here for a few years and will only come here.
