“It's a decent store but only buy an appliance if Ben is working.
Monday, after asking one employee and told that appliances wasnt their section and the 2nd employee also saying that appliances is not their section but would try to find someone and never coming back. We just left the store, no purchase.
Today is Tuesday, Ben was able to juggle multiple customers with appliance purchases and questions. (We got a Dryer) and there was another customer who said that they also couldn't purchase a dishwasher on Monday and had to come back today.
Yesterday was Ben's day off.
Ben is a rockstar and apparently the only employee at this Lowe's that knows how to do appliance sales.”

“Marc to the rescue! I placed an online order and instead of choosing ship to home, I opted for store pickup. My husband went to the Mt. Pocono store and picked up two white lounge chairs. When he came home and told me that the chairs were dirty, I was livid. How the heck a store sells you dirty merchandise when you placed an online order. Does it mean that if I've chosen ship to home, the store will deliver dirty chairs? Sorry but it doesn't make sense. It's not that I went to the store and decided to buy chaise lounge chairs and took the ones they have outside. C'mon, I placed an ONLINE order and of course expected to receive CLEANED items. Not even the associate took the initiative to have the items cleaned before the customer arrives to pick them up. Tonight, I went back with the intention of talking to the store manager and make a formal complaint. Luckily, Marc, department supervisor, did everything a customer will expect for a store to do to keep a loyal customer happy and erased the bad experience of the day before. Needless to say, that's exactly what I expected from Lowe's. So, shoppers, be aware of those orders that you place online!”
