The worst customer service I ever experienced and I used to enjoy going here the boss lady came to me and said don’t come back here to soak off your nails if you didn’t do them here ? after I spent so much of my hard earned money here I was in shock of hurt and disbelief that she would say that to me just because I went to try out 2 new Hispanic females artwork. So with that never again for me ???

Nope. Called The salon and asked if I needed an appointment and they told me no. Then I took it a step further and asked her to confirm that they do in fact, take walk-in clients and she told me yes they do. I drove a half hour to get to the salon and was immediately turned away Without even being given the opportunity to ask any questions.

Definitely will be going back was happy I wasn’t rushed out the door took his time doing my nails very satisfied with the service
Cleanliness: Was very clean
Stylist: They are so nice and friendly had a conversation the whole time I was there never felt uncomfortable

Very disappointed with their service! I've gone there for many years "even though" but this is the last straw! they are so rude lately and the work was not good for the price! I'll go without freaking nails until I find a better place. You just lost a loyal customer!

I would never go here again. I used to come here all the time and get different designs and my nails done whatever the price was I paid without even complaining. I recently got a full set from them and my nails is popping off like press ons and breaking in half I then explained it to the owner wife And she told me that if another one popped off, I will have to pay for it even though it was not my fault, it was popping off as I was doing stuff like pulling my pants up open the car door. She was very rude and nasty with me when I came to fix it the first time Within few days of getting my nails done, I was missing seven nails

Took my sister to get her nails done there on 3/21/24. The nails didn’t last the next day. They started coming off one by one as you can see in the pics. Spoke to the owner and he said there no way that the nails would come off in one day.

I do not usually go here and i went for the first time Literally just got the worst wax of my life here I'm actually crying i asked for a cleaning and i was given the thinnest brows of my entire i would not go here at all from the photo alone you can see how badly and uneven they were done. I regret paying for this at all.

DONT DO IT! GO ACROSS THE STREET! The design I asked for was smared and 4 days after getting an acrylic set the gel polish peeled. I returned and the owner became angry and loud because I wanted the acrylic off. She then refused to file or shape my nails and told me I asked too many questions.

Terrible time whatever you do do not go to the women that works there!! I was there Friday she left me every ten minutes to do somebody’s eyebrows or cash people out did not pay attention to my nails drew spider webs that looks like my 5yo did it then charged me $70!!!! My nails weren’t even even!!! I had to file them all to the same size when I got home and I had to repaint some of my nails because they were so terrible it looked like a child did them ??♀️ I was referred by my sister but I will never go back horrible experience and she knew she did a terrible job drawing on my nails and charged me $70 anyhow it’s truly disgusting ? the man had to come and finish my nails because she had no idea what she was doing yet I still got overcharged this is why I don’t give new people chances!! Truly disgusted with this place ?

I’ve been coming here for about a year. Developed a fungus on my right thumb. The nail turned green, he filed some off and applied acrylic over it. I never in my years of doing my nails caught fungus in my nails. This is the last time I will come here.

Me and my daughter got manicures while my husband got a deluxe pedicure ( clear polish). I got this pretty light blue manicure ( stickers not included i got them online, and i put them on afterword). And my daughter really liked her sparkly magenta manicure, i was surprised she able sit still but something she really wants she does.Though the happiest person was my husband he been suffering from lower leg pain for 6 plus years that we still havent figured out the cause. His limp causes him to get recurrent ankles tendentious, and he has both flat feet with deep fissures which the lady was able to buff out. He liked the massage and hot stones so much . He felt like he actually walk without pain the whole day. The staff was very friendly and prices were great.
